Janella and rest of staff were exceptional. Every question I had was answered immediately. Communication was perfect. Will go back again next trip to CDO!!! Great service from awesome people

Room was very dirty and uncomfortable to stay in. TV reception was very poor. Bathroom was stinky. Looks like many are in agreement with me since we only saw a few people.

I had a dinner party with 24 people half were senoirs and i told them before hand for the discounts. When i checked out i told the lady the bill seams high and she actually was mad and wouldn't answer my questions so i went back to the office and asked at the desk the gentlemen came back after discussing it with his manager and they said i was a foreigner and they dont give senior discounts to us, she wouldnt even come out. Half the people were seniors from PI. I dont know why this establishment would treat people like this.

Property isn't what you see on website. View from outside is horrendous. Dog/animal poop everywhere. Hot shower has to be fixed every single day that we stayed for 5 days. Smell of toxic paint, so unsafe. Not worth the price and stay.

The whole experience was great . Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was great . Infinity pool is awesome . Had wonderful break with family .

Gorgeous property with a beautiful swimming pools. All staff are super nice and accommodating. Wonderful staff in the restaurant very accommodating served us delicious food. My family and friends had a wonderful stayed will definitely comeback again!!!

There is no hot shower. The room doesn’t feel and smell clean. The AC is not working well, It’s dripping. The food served has fly.

The resort has magnificent views of the city but not a senior or kid friendly resort. You constantly have to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc.. they do not fill in water bottle everyday so we have to ask for that as well. Not a lot to do in the area as well. Some staff are nice but mostly rude. My husbands relatives who stayed there for a few weeks almost had enough. The same breakfast meal everyday.

Rooms are clean enough but you can see some need of repair. Our first room, was not properly readied, no hot water, no bath mat and no toilet paper, the shower room drain is clogged. We asked to be transferred as there was water seeping on the floor just outside the bathroom. At first, the reception told us that she will have it look at and was reluctant to move us.
But because it is drainage issue, we insisted that they need to move us to another room as you don't know how bad it is.
The next room was better .

The view is amazing! The kids loved the pool and the room is clean. Hopefully they can give us more towels especially I have kids. But overall it’s a good experience. The staff are pleasant and nice . I will come back again with my family.

glass door in room no. 10 should be fixed.Receptionist should be more welcoming and accommodating in assisting us in our rooms coz we were lost. at that time there was no staff to guide us in our room, unlike in our first and second visit. please improve

I was not impressed with the bed or the bathroom. It seemed outdated/old.
