Not recommended
Pros:

The only positive thing about the room was the bed, which was comfortable. Apart from that, nothing met expectations.

Cons:

The maintenance at this hotel is very poor. The Wi-Fi hardly works, and the router seems to be located far from the room, making the connection extremely weak and unreliable.

The room is very congested with hardly any space to move comfortably. On top of that, there is a constant cigarette smoking smell throughout the hotel, including inside the room, which makes the stay very uncomfortable and unhealthy.

Overall, the experience was disappointing due to lack of proper maintenance, poor internet, uncomfortable room conditions, and continuous smoke odor.

will not recommend to book this hotel as they cancel it at anytime without considering your booking.
Pros:

while there is no booking charges, property owner started demanding 50% booking amount. While the last date of payment was 24th Dec'25 as per email (48 hours before checkin) . Property owner cancelled the booking on 18th itself without any intimation and I forced to look for alternate option. very poor customer service and no consideration of booking.com bookings.

It's a wrong choice of stay in my life misunderstood through Booking.com pictures and descriptions.
Pros:

Location is good. Facing main road and a restaurant which supplied delicious and very clean vegetarian food. Also good for people coming to cancer hospital nearby.

Cons:

Facilities provided in the room is minimal. No mini fridge, no bathroom amenities like shampoo,soap, etc. Leaky taps. Room offered to us was without a key. When we refused it they provided a room in the 3rd floor without changing the bed linen of previous occpant!
