Pros:

Great hotel, 10 minutes walk from.bus terminal. Lots of places to eat locally. Hot and cold water dispenser in corridor, plus kettle and fridge in the room. Very nice reception staff.

Oh my goodness.. the moment I entered the room, I almost fainted. The smell of sweat🤮🤢🤢. I straight away went out to the nearest supermarket and bought air refresher although it was only for a night stay. Management, kindly do something with this kind of room

Room service done well
Hot showers - enjoyable temperature
Counter staff nicely suggested a change to queen size bed (I was travelling solo but booked a twin room)
Overall good value for the price

Cons:

Shower wall looks a little bit old (sealing), might need maintenance
Shower pressure not too great, but acceptable
I got a slightly torn towel on the first day - replaced by room service

I like everything about this hotel

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a smoke smell in the room, which seemed to come from a previous guest. Even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking, the odor lingered and made the stay unpleasant. This was disappointing and should be addressed.
