This is a proper railway station hotel. By that, I mean, it is good for a one- night stopover after arriving in the city or if you were leaving the next morning by train. Just a couple of blocks from Roma Termini station, it is very convenient, if that were your main objective. The rooms were somewhat clean. The bathroom fixtures seemed new. There is a small lift.
There are plenty of cafes nearby and in the railway station.
We had rooms in the first and third floors. The third floor bathroom shower had poor water pressure. In contrast, the shower in the first floor was great. The washrooms and the rooms were very compact. The arrangement of the fixtures in the bathroom was weird - pot, washbasin and bidet in that order.
Roma Termini area has a poor reputation for safety. This side of the station with many hotels and restaurants seemed better and safer than the other side.

Very disappointing experience overall. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and the customer service was extremely unhelpful.
We had a very disappointing experience staying here. We found ants in our room during the night and attempted to contact the hotel for assistance. We were told no one was available to help, despite the front desk operating 24 hours a day. No one addressed the issue until the following morning, leaving us to deal with the infestation overnight.
In the morning, the hotel first stated they would clean the room, then moved us to a room directly next door. Unfortunately, the second room also had ants. We had to completely pack up and move our belongings, only for the problem to continue.At that point, it was too late to reasonably find another hotel accommodation. We have photo and video evidence from both rooms documenting the issue.
The situation was not properly resolved, and the compensation offered did not reflect the severity of the experience.
Stayed here with my daughter for 4 nights. Our room smelled of stale smoke. One bed had no duvet, just a sheet. On the second day the boiler broke down there was no hot water. 3 men came into our room to access the boiler and crashed around for 2 hours. The next day there was no hot water. When we came back to our room, there was a boiler sitting in the middle of the floor, tools everywhere and the room stank. Absolutely no apology for the inconvenience and no compensation. The manager never spoke to me and never responded to my emails. The desk staff promised the manager would be in touch. Cowardly way to run a business. Extremely disappointed with their attitude.
