La chambre ne correspondait pas à la photo ni à la description. Une chambre sur cour avec beaucoup de bruit ( coups à répétition vers minuit et le matin) . Difficile de dormir . Je l’ai signalé à la réception le matin . On s’est contenté de me dire : désolé sans geste commercial.

the location was good and the staff was nice but it was not nice to sleep there because of the bed

The staff and that there was an elevator for the the bags and the location was good for me because it was really close to Metro - Termini

Cons:

everything else, the shower was always cold if it was hot i would last for couple of seconds and then get cold again, we were promised 2 beds i big and one single and what we got was to beds put together to make the queen size bad and then a terrible thin mattress for the 3 person with a blanked, we had to ask for a pillow and a duvet. and the mattres was on a guest folding cot and we couldn’t stay together 3 because the big mattress was 2 bed’s put together because it was very uncomfortable to be in the middle

Не понравились подушка, одеяло. Были потрёпанные. Постельное бельё норм но что внутри ……..
Телефон не работал, пружинка телефона была порвана!
Про персонал! Не могу сказать особо плохого, но не утруждались помочь! Путешествовали с мамой и дочкой. Вещей было очень много, при входе и выходе видели, что трудно передвигаться с вещами, надо было подержать дверь или чем то помочь. Не утруждали себя чем то помочь!
Ещё очень не понравилось что!!! Я не прочитала в условиях, что check out в 11:00 часов. . Когда выходили в 12:00 нам сказали что 15 евро за поздний выход. Честно скажу не заплатила и очень обиделась!!!
У них
Телефон не работал, надо было вызывать такси и приходилось все время самим спустится 2 этажа ниже в ресепшен за вопросами.
Было очень не комфортно

Muito boa. Se corrigirem esses pequenos detalhes, que não são graves, será um excelente hotel.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos e disponíveis para ajudar. Limpeza. O estilo da decoração do quarto. Chaleira com café e chá no quarto. Os quartos dispõem do essencial para uma estadia curta, como foi a nossa.

Cons:

O colchão e as almofadas não eram muito confortáveis, nós preferimos colchões rijos e almofadas mais macias. A temperatura do AC não pode ser controlada individualmente em cada quarto. Só havia uma chávena num quarto para duas pessoas.
