Very nice room and affordable price. Only downside was check started at 15.00 and it was no chance to check in even a little earlier when the rooms get available with created a long line at 15.00z

L'appuntamento potrebbe essere interessante se solo mantenesse le promesse. Rete wifi praticamente inesistente. Manca una tenda alla zona cucina/camera con conseguente scarsa privacy e luce invadente al mattino. Staff del tutto disinteressato che si preoccupa solo di dirci che per un loro problema non ci saranno gli asciugamani in stanza. Dotazione stoviglie limitatissima (neppure uno scolapasta e 1 solo cucchiaino). Abbastanza centrale e comodo da raggiungere

No ponen toallas, ni gel. Entra mucha luz y es una zona con mucho ruido.

Cuando entramos a la habitación, vimos un apartamento confortable, bonito pero sin toallas ni papel higiénico. Éramos 3 y solo estaba hecha una cama, el sofá cama no. Buscamos las sábanas que las encontramos en un armario . Habia una bajera enrollada de una forma extraña pero al estar ahí supusimos que era limpia y una funda nórdica. Al día siguiente vimos que la bajera tenía manchas.parecía no estar bien lavada.
Lo peor no fue eso. Como no habían toallas, bajamos a recepcion y nos dijeron que nos habian informado por e-mail de que la empresa que les hacía la limpieza de toallas los habia dejado tirados y no tenían. Que no podían hacer nada hasta el día siguiente Yo les dije q el email no lo tenia pero que de haberlo tenido tampoco me solucionaba nada
Que no tenía por qué ir yo a por toallas si no ellos. Y que aunque entendía que la recepcionista no tenía culpa, la gerencia debía proporcionarme toallas de la forma que fuera. Me ofreció una hoja de reclamaciones. Y le insistí que aunque fuera con una sábana debia darme algo para secarme. Me dijo que miraria una solución. Y a las dos horas me subió una toalla de baño para las 3. UNA. Ah, y un rollo de papel para 5 dias.
Al día siguiente a la habitación no habían subido las toallas, asi que bajanos y nos dio 2 toallas mas, de baño. Ni una para las manos o para el pelo. Le dijimos somos 3, nos dice que ayerr ya nos dio una.No era cuestion ya de enfrentarme mas a la recepcionista, pero vaya poca empatía que tiene.

Good location. Clean

Spacious. Bedroom curtain was stuck so you can’t close it all the way. No fan or ac in the room. Bathroom is decent size. Definitely gotta bring your own hygiene products.

The location is great, not far from the train station and also close to bus stop for the bus to the airport. When I stayed, the place of relatively quiet apart from a few loud Chinese tourist, who as usual, were shouting at each other across the hall way.

The property is basically a serviced apartment with basic cooking utensils, and fridge.

The to in the room wasn’t working.

I didn’t know that they don’t have shower gel/ shampoo, which was a bit inconvenient.

They do have a very strict check-in policy so there is no chance of checking in even a minute before three.

Also there are no toilets in the common area.

After looking at the photos online and choosing a beautiful deluxe apartment we were very disappointed when we checked in. The room was nothing like the photo’s.
The hotel is in a good centre location and was a good price and if the photos were of the actual rooms I may still have booked it but would not have been so disappointed. Please change your photos and give an honest representation of your rooms.

Good location, good price, only negative was the very uncomforable bed

Appartement ne ressemblant en rien aux photos diffusées sur le site. Literie épouventable, d'un inconfort innommable, lumbalgie assurée au bout de 2 jours.
Salle de bain mal équipée, pas de sèche-cheveux, 2 draps de bain pour 3 personnes le premier soir, pas de serviette de toilette, pas de tapis de bain etc... Pas de petit-déjeuner sur place mais dans un autre établissement situé à environ 400m. Seul point positif, l'emplacement.

Intanto inviano una email con il check online ma poi una volta li lo devi rifare (con tanto della ragazza che non trovava la prenotazione)
Prendiamo una camera da 3 specificando che siamo in 3 e in stanza abbiamo 1 asciugamano soltanto. Ne chiediamo 2 e ne hanno a disposizione 1 solo.
Nel letto matrimoniale viene messa una coperta da una piazza, ne chiediamo un'altra e ovviamente non la avevano. C'è ne danno 1 che era palesemente un copridivano. Assurdo

First of all we didn't get the apartment that we booked. So all the photos of apartment were different and it definitely wasn't deluxe one that we booked and paid for. My wife is a travel agent and we travel a lot and it never happened to us Also we received ONLY ONE towel for 5 people!
That's unacceptable! Some other guests had the same problem. We received more towels on the evening next day.
Apartment was specious and beds in bedroom comfortable but apart from that the quality if this place wasn't great what it's shown on attached photos. Broken mirror, stains on sofa etc. Staff was nice but they didn't seem to care too much.

Alles klar und gut, preisgünstiges Hotel.

The pictures in the offer are misleading. Reality doesnt match this.
I booked two apartments, one was ok - the other far worse. Beds are very uncomfortable..

Value is still ok as i paid not much.

The owners should just show the real state of their places and not fake it

Basic accommodation at a good price. The room looked nothing like the pictures, but for this price, the room was okay.

Die Wohnungen sind bereits renovierungsbedürftig. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. nicht sehr gute Reinigung, Böden sind schmutzig.
ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt von Breslau. der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar

Walls are thin and you can hear the conversations in the apartment room. Everything is just pretty standard just the basics required. Overall it’s an average 3 star stay with more than enough comfort. Did not use the WiFi so can’t rate that. Bring your entertainment, TV are basic with Polish TV channels
