The staff provided exceptional service, from the reception desk, the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, everyone were very attentive and professional to all of our needs. Their service quality was top notch and made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable.
I also liked the quality of the buffet breakfast items the hotel provided there (already included in the hotel price). You can get a good breakfast early then head off to your activities.

Cons:

The swimming pool was a bit smaller than I expected, but since we prefer the beach more and it is very close to the hotel (5-7 minutes walk) it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Disappointed
Pros:

The room was big, ac worked and the view was great.

Cons:

Gym is unusable. Broken and very limited equipment.
Breakfast has little vegetarian options.
Pool temperature is surprisingly cold. The whole area is run down.
Kinda same for the room. We had a bathtub with jets. There was a smell after we used the jets for the first time. The room had smell as well. Not necessarily bad but weird. Small parts of lining would come of the door and such. Lining above the bed had stains.
We spilled some coffee and used a white towel for clean-up. Pillowcase had a pink stain from hair color. They charged us extra for cleaning services. Never had that happen anywhere before. During checkout, they checked our room they could quote us for.
