Pros:

There was nothing to like about the hotel.

Cons:

The disrepair of the place. False advertising on booking.com displayed old photos of the hotel. Old broken furniture, dirty air conditioner. The swimming pool was disgusting a kid was swimming naked and urinated in to the pool, the gym equipment was old and broken. Breakfast was included but the breakfast room and food was also terrible. Mould in the bathroom, brick wall outside the window. We paid for two weeks, we went up to the room and after walking in and seeing what we got went downstairs to ask for our money back as the room was not as advertised, we were told we could not get our money back and would need to pay extra for a better room. I'm glad we didn't pay extra after we also saw the other facilities were terrible. To top it off the second week a crazy couple moved in next door screaming and carrying on the whole second week from 3am onwards. Staff never said a word to us the two weeks we were there but asked us when we checked out how our stay was, a bit too late. Beware of booking.com they obviously don't check what they advertise.

Неплохое расположение, вежливый персонал. Был включен завтрак, готовят несколько видов блюд из яиц при тебе ( омлет, скрембл) + был фо бо, варёные яйца, кофе, картофель фри, лапша, арбуз

Cons:

В ванной были волосы от других гостей, окна по факту нет, просвет в 20 см на стену соседнего здания. Очень грязный бассейн, плавали перья, куски пенопласта, мелкий мусор+ холодный. Терпимо на одну ночь

Wir waren zwar nur kurz da, waren aber sehr zufrieden :-)
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, man musste nie lange auf den Aufzug warten (lustigerweise muss das tatsächlich erwähnt werden in Vietnams großen Hotels :-) )
Der Pool ist sehr gut fotografiert, er ist wirklich sehr klein.

It was okay, but double check the information u r receiving.
Pros:

Rooms are as described, cleaned everyday, breakfast with vegetarian options.

Cons:

While renting the scooter at reception we were charged more for a first day of rental and misinformed about the ev scooter rules. We were told that only 1 person can rent 1 ev scooter according to law, in fact 2 people can ride on scooter easiely. While extending the rental we were charged in far price then.

Old and uncomfortable place — not a stay I’d repeat.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location is central, with the beach just a short walk away. There’s a lovely sea view, and the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Everything felt quite old, especially the curtains and the window. There was a strong wind, and the window kept whistling 🤣. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable or cozy, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Pros:

Klasse Hotel und Klasse Zimmer im 11ten Stock mit unglaublichem Blick aufs Meer und auf Da Nang. Jederzeit wieder. WiFi gut. Bad gut und groß.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück für mich nichts. Bin aber auch kein Frühstücker. Reichlich Auswahl.
Ansonsten alles top
