First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients.
Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed.

The room was not very clean the time we came in. We call the staff and they gave the very best.they were very kind and happy to give us their best

Staff is kind and helpfull,but outside the studio is very dark. It is a must to change the lights with sensor!

Berbat bir işletme. Bir sürü ülke gezdim hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir işletmecilik görmedim. Otele ilk yerleştiğimizde buzdolabının çalışmadığını ve kalorifer peteklerinin yarıya kadar çalıştığını farkettik görevliyi çağırıp gösterdiğimiz de elini napayım gibi kaldırdı ve odaya küçük seyyar bir ısıtıcı yolladı. Teknik servis gelecek dedi gelmedi. İki gün sonra teknik servis gelmedi bari odayı değiştirin dedik. Zorla razı oldular. Yeni odaya geçtik, orası da küf ve yemek kokuyordu. Zaten baştan beri otelin tüm koridorları inanılmaz pis, mide bulandirici bir yemek kokusu ile kaplıydı. Muhtemelen otelin alt katında, havalandırması olmayan bir alanda lokantada pişen yemekler yüzünden tüm binaya iğrenç bir koku yayılıyordu. Otelden ayrılacağımız günden önceki gece otel gorevlisine arkamiza park ettirdikleri arabanin sahibine haber vermelerini bizim 11 de çıkış yapacağımızı soyledik. Sonuç hüsran oldu. Haber vermedikleri gibi bizi saatlerce beklettiler.

The restaurant is in the basement. The floor in the apartment was without carpet which is so uncomfotable. From the hotel they knew that there will be no water on next day but nobody told us. It is allmost impossible to reach the reception or somebody by the phone before arriving.

Otelin yataklar (koltuktan dönüştürülmüş durumda) çok rahatsız, resepsiyonda çalışan 3 kişi de hiç yardımcı olmayan ve asık suratlı çalışanlar. Hotels.com'dan haberleri yok, rezervasyonumuzu resepsiyona inandırabilmek için çok fazla dil döktük. Otel konum olarak güzel, pistlere yakın. Otopark var konusuna inanmayın, sokakta boş bir yer bulursanız bedavaya bırakabileceğinizi söylüyorlar. İnterneti odalarda bile çekiyordu.
Bodrum katında penceresiz bir odada kahvaltı yaptırdıklarını da özellikle belirteyim, otel fotoğraflarındaki güzel fotoğraflara inanmayın.

Çok keyifli bir deneyim olmadı diyebilirm. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

There was no place to park. The hotel is on a small street with lots of parked cars and many potholes. The room was good(although too hot which could not be controlled) and the breakfast was average.

Güleryüz'le personeli ve sıcak ortamı ile gayet ideal bir otel. Kayak pistlerine yakınlığı ise büyük bir avantaj.

I would never visit this property again. There was no hot water. At reception nobody even try to find solution for our request made 1 month prior check in. There was no shuttle service to the lift station. there is no parking place for your car, though they advertise this. Breakfast is cheap quality.
