Nice place for children
Pros:

Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb.

Pros:

The staff is very kind, the food is very tasty (excellent cooks)! The spa facilities and pool were big and enjoyable, we did not have too many people during our stay so there was plenty of space. The rooms are also big enough and comfortable.
On the down side, the lighting is weak in the corridors/halls/ main area, which reduces the comfort and gives an impression of cost cutting.

Pros:

Отель находится в расщелине между гор. Вид открывается красивый. Все номера имеют свои балкончики. Но лучше бронировать комнаты с видом на внутренний двор, так как с обратной стороны отеля проходит дорога, по которой иногда ездят большегрузные машины. Брали этот отель только ради физио процедур. В этом плане все понравилось. Ужины были полноценные с большим выбором, а завтраки так себе, можно было бы сделать и побольше выбора, например, гарниров на было никаких вообще.
Два крытых бассейна для такого большого отеля не очень много. Сауны были еле тёплые. Питьевая вода возле бассейнов только за деньги. Брали несколько номеров. В номерах, что выходят на внутренний двор, было солнечно и тепло. А в номере, что выходит на дорогу, холодно. Пришлось просить переносной радиатор, так как воздух с общей системы кондиционирования дул еле тёплый.

nice family-friendly hotel
Pros:

the hotel is overall ok, the spa facilities are small but convenient especially the kids pool. additionally the kids club has a very nice program and the girls there are enternaining the children all the time which gives a little free time for the parents.
