The staff were very helpful and made one feel very welcome.
My curtains were falling apart.
The towel rail in the bathroom was far too high. The shower cubicle was tiny and the shower head the water just trickled out.
Room was good plenty of room.
Breakfast was good.
Staff friendly.
Bathroom needed a bit of an upgrade especially the shower which should be a thermostatically controlled tap but was not.
Very friendly staff, quick check in process. Room was very clean.
Music from the pub continued until 11pm and easily heard in the room. Room was a little dated.
Good location plenty of car parks nearby that were not expensive.
Room was OK but a tad small and in need of a refurbishment. Bed a little small for us but ok.
Very professional staff and a fantastic setting.

Location
The noise and room was above a bar so I left without stopping
We have stayed here a few time before so knew what to expect. It's a very old building, so the floors and steps up to them are a bit uneven, but that's no big issue. One or two of the rooms are a bit tired or have chips in sinks or could do with a lick of paint, However, on the whole, it is a warm and comfy place to stay, with lovely staff and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The location couldn't be better.
