Pros:

The location is very good.

Cons:

The hotel needs a lot of updates. Our room had holes in many of the walls. The sheets and bedding smelt horrible, and the water in the bathroom sink did not drain.

Best choice to help me relax while picking my new home
Pros:

When comfortable everything you could need and honest staff, I lost a piece of jewelry that I could not find before I left. They contacted me before I was out of Slidell, saying the housekeeper found it and had it waiting for me at the front desk so I was able to continue my trip close to the schedule Time out.

Pros:

The interior of the property is being remodeled from the upper floors down. The staff was very accommodating as I requested a quieter room and they put me in a remodeled suite on the 4th floor. The entire 4th floor looks totally different from the other floors with new carpet and new painted walls. My suite was breathtaking…..so clean and modern and comfortable bed. I had a little noise at night from the strip mall below but it wasn’t bad. Once the remodel is over this will be a great place to stay on any floor. I thank the staff for accommodating me as they made it an awesome stay for 4 days.

Perfect Hotel

We called last minute with our 3 kids at 8pm and got a suite for
My husband, my self and our 3 kids. The manager was AMAZING AND SO SWEET.
The hotel was spotless and so clean.
The breakfast was top notch as well.

We had a great stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. Pillows were just right. Bathroom actually had a fan-seems like not a big deal, but I love a bathroom fan and most hotels don’t have them. Nice little kitchenette too. It’s a little more than some of the surrounding hotels, but it’s so clean and safe. It’s totally worth it. It’s an easy drive to NOLA too.

The person at the front desk Maya was sooooo wonderful and so helpful. I have never been helped by someone so wonderful. They always have good folks there , but Maya went above and beyond to deliver great care.

She is amazing. Best trip ever

Not as nice as it used to be
Pros:

We love staying here. However, the hotel looked really worn down during this trip. There was mold on the shower and it wasn’t as clean as it used to be. We will give it another try since the location is good for us, but I’m hoping they spruce the place up.
