I liked that you never have to leave. Everything you need is on site. Our poolside attendant and brunch waiter (Shaun I think) made the trip amazing! He was so kind and informative about all the food we ordered!
All of the staff was so friendly!
Our beds weren’t comfortable at all. After the first night we ordered foam mattress toppers from Walmart to be delivered. We had a king and a pull out sofa (twin). Spent an extra $150 on that.
Also the pull out sofa was dirty, mattress covers not washed. I happened to bring my own sheets and we covered everything really good. We didn’t complain to staff as we didn’t want to negatively impact our stay.
It was clean.
First time I've ever had to pay extra to park when I'm paying for a room and staying there.never had to do that at any hotel ( this was ridiculous). Bed was hard, pillows to mushy. With as many guest coming and going, not enough luggage carts. Rooms look more like business room instead of a vacation room.
Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.
There was a little bit of paper debris, and stuff underneath the bed that needs to be cleaned up along with some heavy dust. I always check for bedbugs anywhere I go that’s how I was able to see that.
Beautiful sight, clean, and quiet. A good place to relax. We absolutely loved the lazy river and easy access to the beach!
. I saw pictures online of chairs that were hanging and photo props with greenery in the background and that wasn’t there. It’s not that I didn’t like it, it’s just it was a little misleading.
We did not stay there booking.com gave them the wrong information and the hotel did not have a reservation for us. I will never use you again and will let all my friends to not use you so just remove me from all accounts you have on me.
The location is excellent. Hotel overall is dirty and not quiet at all. Many Kids and pets. Lack of staff, we check-in after 4:00pm and still have to wait more than 2 hours for our room. The room was dirty and the water pressure was low. We finally got moved to another room. If you want a hassle free vacation, this hotel is not for you. I would not book with them again!
Location was fantastic. Pool could’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was good, but the hot selections lack variety. The room was comfortable, but you’re going to hear every door slam in your area.
Warning! Even though you pay a premium price for your stay, be prepared to be charged $25 a day for parking. Also, account for $50 per day of incidentals. It will look like your account has been scrambled and the desk has no clue or answer. Worst part was the blunts and cigarettes smoke burning as you’re sitting on your balcony, enjoying your premium paid view.
The pool and entertainment area, balcony’s gulf front queen suites, amazing views. Ice cream bar was excellent, we loved that!
The walk from hotel to the beach, the broad walk is horrible, you have to climb two steep stair cases to get to the beach, it’s exhausted and nearly impossible for disabled or elderly to hike. There needs to be some type of pathway wheelchair or wagon assemble from the hotel to the beach, very dangerous without! Elevators are also slower than most resort hotels we’ve stayed in prior.
The property had made significant improvements since our last visit in ‘25. The rooms were clean, a/c worked well, amenities were sufficient and staff was friendly. Location can’t be beat. Easy drive to both Destin & Pensacola. The WiFi is in serious need of improvement as Internet was needed as work still has to be done albeit while on vacation.

Staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, lacked basic knowledge of the hotel policies , poor customer service, refused to answer phone calls at the front desk for any maintenance issues, extreme lack of communication.

Convenience to beach
Housekeeping never came to our room had to literally put our trash in hallway to get it picked up . Never got new towels or sheets. Halls had trash stains and elevator was down.
The weather conditions for the beach was not the best on June 4 at 9 am so my family and I decided that we would sit pool side for the day. We enjoyed our day ordering drinking at the bar and with the pool bartender until a pool manager ( Cassie) approached me and ask if that we my bag. I stated that yes that is my beach bag. She continued to tell me that no cooler were allowed. I told her that it’s was not a cooler it was a beach bag or a picnic basket. Instead of apologizing for her misunderstanding she continued to tell me that the rules were that we couldn’t have coolers. Again I told her that I didn’t have a cooler but in fact, my bag was a beach bag. I asked her if she would like to look in my bag and I showed her my bag. She then stated it fine if your using the cooler as a beach bag. Again I stated it was a beach bag and now I will be leaving and cashing out my tabs at the bar. I will never return here. Don’t come!!!!! There are so many more FRIENDLY hotels to choose from.
