Washrooms could have been better in terms of cleaning and maintenance. Jet sprays were calcified.
Pathetic quality of fruits, Idli was so hard, fruits kept in the room like Banana was raw non eatable.

I noticed that the staff is very well trained. The rooms are well maintained. The food choices are over the top. Room rates are reasonable. All in all, if anybody is looking for a hassle free stay, this is the place to be.
The hotel gym needs a bigger place and a lot more equipment.

The rooms were dirty and left out garbage previously in room , washroom door latch was broken ,ac was not working we called the staff , he also was not able to fix it ,we had to sleep in room without a fan of ac for the night

Are really nice and sweet...
The house keeping and f&b staff are extremely kind and polite everytime you meet them. Rooms too are good. Anishka from f&b is always has a smile on her face and is very sweet and kind.

Same itenary for all three days we stayed.
No change in menu.
Note: the lemon water we requested is costing 350 including taxes which is very very high and the turning point they have not used real lemon. It might be preserved lemon powder or juice

Overall experince were great everytime i visit here everytime i loved the food. Specialy mentioned to chef Deepak and je an tejas every time he personaly take care. I personally recomend to this hotel for dinning .
