Worst Hotel. Dont go there
Pros:

This place is an absolute disgrace. The rooms are ridiculously small, cramped, and feel more like a prison cell than a hotel room. Extremely rude and abusive staff who refuse to listen to a single word you say. They treat guests with complete contempt, ignore every complaint, and act like they’re doing you a favour by letting you stay.

They overcharged me without explanation or justification. The entire experience completely ruined my mood and my trip. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, arrogant, and hostile people in the hospitality industry.

I am filing an FIR and taking legal action against this hotel. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this dump. Zero stars is still too generous.

Awesome dinner
Pros:

The atmosphere was good and quality if good was awesome. Sagarika served us with great zeal. Thanks for making birthday dinner memorable.

Aged property, many things need repairs or replacement. The shower tap had to be held in place by hand. The iron face was BLACK with burns

Buffet offer was excellent. Staff very professional.Cleanliness was good.

Cons:

Bathroom fittings need to be uograded. Shower area water leaked outside. Water pressure low on toilet spray and bathroom faucets requires upgrading.
