The location is good.

Cons:

Rooms are very tiny as compared to other Mariott Fairfeild hotels. Very limited food options. In room dining service is very bad. We requested for tea and club sandwich but even after 1 hour despite multiple reminders they were unable to provide the sandwich. They mentioned they do not make sandwich in house and need to procure from outside. This is not expected from Mariott.

Pros:

Nothing!!!

Cons:

Rooms not provided as per booking and payment made. On check in we were informed that for 2 rooms booked they could only give us 1 room as the hotel was over booked. Next morning pathetic breakfast serving uncooked for with ice cold tea.

Disgusting experience !!! Please delist the asset/liability from your portal or guest please avoid booking.

Great staff and hotel barring an exception
Pros:

Amazing service especially the restaurant staff- Anurag and Abhay. They went out of the way to recommend good food.
On reception, Sahil was good as he would engage with my Aging father making him feel comfortable
The guy who checked us in is full of attitude and needs training on customer experience
