What I liked the most was the proximity to the consulate, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. It made our stay very convenient and stress-free. The gym, although small, is functional and well-equipped. I also really appreciated the complimentary laundry service for guests, which was very convenient.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the breakfast was exactly the same every day. It would be better to have more variety, especially for guests staying more than one night.

Not the cleanest hotel. The floors in the rooms are peeling, the tv’s didn’t work part of the time, the keys kept deactivating and we had to go get new ones.
What I was told and what I was charged on my Credit Card were NOT the same. Charged much more than expected.
The rooms are clean, and the staff is always friendly. The location is perfect. I love staying here when I visit my family in Nogales.

I thought the hotel was ok although my expectations were higher than what was received. The hotel room we were in, 601, had flood ruined floors and had a slight unpleasant odor. Again the hotel was ok but I would have expected that experience to be a hotel for half the cost of what we spent.
Location is excellent, parking is gated, need to get a ticket cleared by staff everytime you leave, food was good but only downside was the hotel was very dirty,had to switch rooms and still had cleanliness issues with beds and bathroom.
The rooms have a lot of wear and tear, but they were clean.
