Pros:

The location and access to a free bus service to the park

Pros:

Nice location, nice pool area and views.

Cons:

We booked a king suite but got downgraded to a queen as we were told this hotel routinely overbooked king suites. If you made your reservation thru a 3rd party (ie booking.com) you don’t count as a guest and get downgraded automatically. We did not like the small beds nor the comments when we asked. We will not recommend or stay with this chain again for this reason.

Nice hotel worse service
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, surrounding and pool area next to Zion park yet the service was terrible- no towels at the pool, no one refill hot water for coffee etc They got us towels in the room for 3 knowing we were 4 telling me this is their policy and I need to come to the lobby to get the 4th towel they have no one to send. Breakfast with paper plates and plastic forks … it could be ok if I was charge half the psum they charge…

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The views were amazing. Loved the high ceilings in our hotel rooms. Nice pool & breakfast. Zion shuttle pick-up was nearby.

Pros:

Excellent location and nice rooms with plenty of space. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Terribly noisy - you could hear every time another guest walked down the corridor or shut their door. Breakfast was very bland.... Only saved by the make your own waffles station!

Lovely hotel in the most incredible location
Pros:

Hotel is in an incredible location, we couldn’t believe the views. There were 4 restaurants a stone’s throw away from our room and lots of other options a short walk away. Room was very clean and comfy and reception was lovely. I liked that there was free coffee in the reception area available all day. The free breakfast was also great with a lot of options. The shuttle stop was right outside the hotel on the main road and it was only a 30 minute walk to Zion Park entrance if you wanted to walk instead. We walked back from the park and passed lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms were a little noisy. We could hear the people in the bedroom above moving about and flushing their toilet but it wouldn’t stop us from booking this hotel again. I wish that proper cutlery and plates were available at breakfast as it seems so wasteful and bad for the environment to use paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Perfect place to stay to experience Zion
Pros:

Amazing! Everything ! Recently renovated, well maintained, super close to the shuttle to the park (best way to get around and avoid parking lot hassle) AND amazing breakfast and swimming pool and views

Overall a good stay, even though with some drawbacks!
Pros:

Nice property, beautiful grounds, fireplace and pool!

Cons:

Paper plates in breakfast, additional payment for parking, even though the property was in the middle of nowhere and was not cheap, no posdibility to leave the luggage!
