Good stay
Food is always the same
Arrived at the hotel only to find both elevators were both out of service. My room was on the third floor and those stairs were not my friend. I came for business purposes and went to teach returned to my room only to find one of the two beds were made and not both. I tried to call the front desk only to find out that the phone in my room did not working properly. I walked down spoke to the front desk who also spoke to another co-worker who didn't identify her self i suspected it was the manager. She informed me if something on the bed was a personal item then it was not going to be made. My personal item being my blanket. This is a very nice hotel to not meet the needs of the customer seem sad.

The fragrance in the lobby, elevator, hallways and room was a clean, fresh scent. Staff was attentive during check in, the stay and check out.
The house staff's inability to check their list to determine if you are checking out, and entering the room as they are knocking and announcing their entrance.
Bed was comfy

Orange i got one morning was rotten
This was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. The rooms were spacious, but housekeeping and cleaning were terrible. One of my family member's diamond studs was stolen in the hotel because they don't provide lockers for valuables. The staff was rude, and the overall atmosphere was very intimidating.
The room was nice but the wi-fi keeps disconnecting. The tile in the bathroom of room 404 needs grout.
