Pros:

Incredible bed, super nice room, property clean and up to high standards as expected and the breakfast was absolutely amazing every day! 🤩

Cons:

Pool was not heated and the weather was a bit tricky so really needed a warmer pool

Pros:

The bed, sheets and pillows were amazing - some of the best I’ve ever slept in.

Cons:

Shower was like warm, it leaked when there was heavy rain and the roof in the room next to the shower came down in the night.

Exquisito hotel boutique estilo mexicano en centro histórico de San Miguel de Allende
Pros:

Exquisita la decoración y diseño interior con elementos artesanales mexicanos del Lotel Casa Arca, muy amable la atención de los recepcionistas y personal del restaurante y housekeeping, deliciosa la comida del restaurant, remiendo cenar por lo menos una vez allí. El desayuno muy bueno, ofrecen extractos de verduras y frutas, huevos en muchos estilos, panes artesanales, chocolate caliente (buenísimo!!) y mucho más. Ubicado en calle peatonal a media cuadra de la Plaza Mayor.

Nada, todo estuvo maravilloso!

Espectacular pero antes de la salida desactivan tu llave

Espectacular todo, excelente el hotel. Hermoso, limpio y la comida de lujo.

Cons:

desactivan la llave media hora antes del checkout incluso si estás allí tomando las maletas. La persona de recepción no es amable.

We were so happy we stayed here and would stay here again. It's a gem in the heart of SMA.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding with many wonderful options to choose from on the menu. It was a culinary delight and a great way to start off a day filled with lots of walking. Service was also impeccable.

Una trampa visual
Pros:

El diseño y las instalaciones.

Cons:

1. Lo peligrosa y resbalosa que es la ducha. Tuvimos que pedir una alfombra antideslizante. Increíble que no tengan baldosa antideslizante.
2. Lo impráctico que es el sistema de iluminación y energía en las habitaciones. Es una odisea cargar el celular.
3. La poca disposición de las dos chicas de recepción, francamente desinteresadas y con actitud muy poco amable.
4. Lo pobre que es el desayuno y que el tipo que tomó la orden bostezó en la cara de mi compañero de viaje.
