We had a beautiful stay in the hotel.

Pros:

The decor, vibe and how close it was to everything. The food was also good and the service was very good.

Cons:

The lift wasn’t working during our stay. It felt wrong watching the employees carry multiple large suitcases up and down the stairs. It should be fixed with more urgency instead of making the staff work harder than they should.

Additional charges incurred for Additional person for kid's, foods cost, poor facilities, nobody inform us also that their elevator is not working and subjext for replacement,, they simply told us to use stair up to 4th floor for 6 days .

Es un hotel grande.

Cons:

No Servía el elevador y estábamos hasta el 4to nivel.
En la mañana teníamos early transfer y no nos dejaron accesar al desayuno incluido porque ya nos habían preparado unos “sándwiches para llevar” que dejamos porque tenían muy mala cara.
La comida del hotel deja cena deja mucho que desear

Personnel super accueillant et très souriant , peut déjeuner super , chambre propre et assez spacieuse , service de sécurité devant l’hôtel 24/24h .
