Pros:

De kamer was heel netjes en kregen zelfs gratis drinken in de minibar, het ontbijt was ook goed.

Cons:

De airco maakte veel lawaai en als je aan de straat kant zit hoor je de heletijd sirenes en heb je wat last van het druke verkeer.

Pros:

Если попытаться не обращать внимание на основной недостаток (в разделе Не понравилось), то номер нормальный с новым ремонтом. Завтраки понравились, есть все нужное, все вкусно. В минибаре в день заезда бесплатные вода, пиво и газировка. Приятно пахнут пеномоющие средства. Персонал на ресепшене доброжелательный.

Cons:

Это был самый неудачный опыт посещения отелей за всю жизнь. Этот отель не имеет отношения в 4 звездам, это 3 звезды. Хотя на дверях отеля есть две таблички - на одной указано 4*, на другой 3* (присвоены в разные годы), но booking.com позиционирует его как 4*.
В номере ужасно воняло канализацией из ванной комнаты, а точнее из поддона душевой кабины. К сожалению, не было ни сил, ни времени поменять номер, приходили только спать, но спать в таких условиях просто невозможно. Дверь в ванную стеклянная, плотно не закрывается, находится в непосредственной близости от кровати, и из нее смердит этой вонью. Почему персонал отеля не обращает на это внимание? Неужели уборщица, убирающаяся в ванной, или люди, пополняющие минибар, не могут сообщить об этом менеджерам? Хорошо, что было тепло, и окно можно было широко и безопасно открыть. Об этой ситуации мы сообщили персоналу на ресепшене, когда покинули отель. Хочется надеяться, что примут меры.
В номере нет тапок. В первый день в ванной были только большие банные полотенца и бумажные салфетки, во второй день принесли другие полотенца.
Около отеля ведется ремонт дороги и тротуара, и в сторону вокзала напрямую сложно пробираться, если не идти в обход.

Pros:

Extremely comfortable beds. There was a heat wave going ok and the ac worked beautifully. Super clean room. The location is super close to the train station. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Not that I did not like it, but more of a way to share the information to other folks. The area around the train station can be a bit sketchy, but that is expected anywhere near a main train station.

Pros:

The welcome was lovely the staff are so warm and friendly.
The stocked complimentary mini bar was a bonus and came in handy with the hot weather.
The rooms had hairdryer and shampoo/body wash all in one.
The breakfast was lovely, all types of coffee and tea
served and you were offered more, you never felt rushed or unwelcome.. Eggs were offered either fried, scrambled or omelette. The continental buffet breakfast was lovely.
The children were welcomed with a sweet. It was all the small things with this hotel that made it such a nice place to stay.
The location is also good, less than 5 min walk to the river path to take you into the town, the walk was lovely. Extremely close to the station as well.
I'm not likely to return to frankfurt but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Trotzdem empfehlenswert!!
Pros:

Sehr, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Kostenlose Minibar. S-Bahn, Straßenbahn fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Badezimmertür aus Milchglas schließt nicht mit dem Rahmen ab und befindet sich 1 m neben dem Kopfteil des Bettes, das ist etwas störend.

Pros:

Osoblje je jako ljubazno, mogli smo ostaviti prtljagu još nekoliko sati nakon odjave. Doručak je bio dobar, soba čista, s puno svjetla. Krevet je udoban.

Excellent quality/price ratio
Pros:

Once again we found a comfortable bed, great pressure shower, excellent breakfast and, last but not least, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. My place for a short stay in Frankfurt!

i liked it a lot, my favorite hotel to stay in Frankfurt. coming here not for the first time and enjoy the stay always.
Pros:

well located, close to the bus stop, a room is clean and spacious, good view from the window so i enjoyed it especially at night. free drinks in fridge. breakfast is good too. croissants are the best 🤩

Cons:

would be good to add disposable hotel slippers.

Zweckdienlich - Aber alles sauber und Personal sehr freundlich und Lage top nahe dem HBF
Pros:

Das Dreibettzimmer war geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung rudimentär, aber vollkommen ausreichend.
Die kostenlose Minibar ist zu loben.
Personal insgesamt sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde am ersten Tag nicht gereinigt, obwohl das „Bitte aufräumen Schild“ an der Tür hing und als wir das Zimmer verlassen hatten, die Reinigungskraft gerade beim Zimmer gegenüber die Reinigungsarbeiten gemacht hat.
Das separat stehende Einzelbett, hatte keine eigene Bettlampe, weswegen die Ecke in der es steht sehr dunkel ist.
