All the staff are friendly and welcoming.rooms are clean woth free cooled drinks.
Pros:

The sirens in the night can be much if you are on that side.

Cons:

Previously the phone I. The room worked but this time not. I needed to ask for a iron and ironing board, which I ended up asking one of the cleaners who brought it promptly.

Pros:

The location is conveniently located near the main train station, but the area is very rough and full of homeless people and drug taking. As long as you are vigilant it is fine. The hotel is great and it is far enough away from the station that the issues are not immediately nearby. One just encounters them as you navigate your way to other parts of the city.

Cons:

The rooms were clean, air conditioned, the showers were nice, the breakfast ample and the staff very helpful

Vacanza a Francoforte con 40°C all'ombra
Pros:

L'albergo si trova in una posizione comoda in quanto vicino alla stazione centrale ed al capolinea dei bus, è a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro ma ha di fronte la fermata del tram. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale, la stanza è silenziosa, accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort. La cosa che mi ha particolarmente colpito è che il consumo delle bevande nel frigo bar è gratuito e viene rifornito ogni giorno. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque dovesse soggiornare in questa città.

Pros:

The A/C was amazing and adjustable in room. A life saver during the heat wave. Breakfast was also great with lots of options.

Cons:

The “do not disturb” sign was ignored twice. Cleaning staff just came in regardless. Once while I was in the shower.

Convenient for the station and ok for a quick city break
Pros:

It was close to the station and town centre.
The room was clean and the lady who served at breakfast was super helpful with accommodating my vegan diet.
They also left free soft drinks in the room.

Cons:

The location of the hotel itself was a bit grim: roadworks outside the hotel, and a lot of noise from the streets, at night.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand. Alles war sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war solide, ist aber noch ausbaufähig.

Pros:

Beim Hauptbahnhof, Tram vor der Haustüre u.a. nach Südbahnhof/Sachsenhausen.
Mini-Bar mit kühlen Getränken inklusive - top. Klimaanlage funktioniert.
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das habe ich auch bei anderen Gästen erlebt, als ich in der Lobby wartete.
Frühstück: Auswahl nicht aussergewöhnlich, aber im Sinne des Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses absolut okay.
