Great location, stuff is outstanding, from the manager to the last person we met were welcoming and really nice.
For European taste the breakfast is the week point, if they offer fresh omlett or fried eggs, for example , would have been much more pleasent.
The location and view from room was great. The staff were polite and friendly.
The rooms were old and run down. Limited buffet breakfast.

シャワーが出たり出なかったりで困りました。冷蔵庫の機械音が異様に煩かったりもして、眠りが浅くなることも有りました。
Great view of lake and mountains. Large room with bath at a good price. Staff were kind and helpful. Simple but tasty breakfast.
Rooms are looking a little tired now but not bad and fair for the price.

Excellent location, clean room with view, and excellent service from all the staff
The staff were very kind and professional in all aspects. They were very respectful, and no request was a problem. We unfortunately had tummy issues on our last night, and they really couldn't have done more to make our onward journey as comfortable as possible.
The location is really great as it is a 5 minutes walk to the main high street and the lakeside.

The property provisioning is not upto mark for a rated property.
We had to take a bath with cold water and the room we got on checking had a non functional toilet. On realising the same late night and were asked to move to another room.
Convenient location, lovely breakfast, and staff was helpful.
Hotel has a lovely view at the top floor overlooking Machapuchare and the Lake!
Our room was at the 5th floor but there is this noise that keeps happening throughout. It is either the noise from the patio upper floor (from where we could view the town) or the lifts. I am very unsure but it stopped from midnight but the noise came back in the morning throughout.
