Didn't feel room had been cleaned Water marks all over shower screen and bathroom mirror Sticky food stain on menu that was in the room No towels toilet roll cups or water in the room We arrived at 8pm so staff had plenty of time to ensure the room was in order When towels were brought to the room one of them had a sizeable hole in it The place could look so much better with a deep clean and better quality linen

Cons:

There was no service available on time, the room floor was damp throughout, the room phone was not working, the cleanliness was not proper, I was made to wait for 15 minutes, and was told that the room was being fixed. In the restaurant, the food items were not available, and when ordering from outside, plates and spoons were not provided despite my request. This hotel is very poor, I will never go again.

Very close to railway, that would keep u awake
there was a smell in corridors & rooms.
we couldn't stay there.

Very pathetic experience this time. Firstly they made us to wait for 3 hrs for check-in. The checkin time was 12 pm and they gave us room at 3:00pm. The reception staff was very I'll mannered asking us "booking lena hai to lijiye warna mt lijiye". All the services were extremely slow including room service and food service. During checkout too they were charging us for the food that were consumed by some other room. Previously it was a very good hotel but now I will not recommend anyone to stay there.
