Reasonably good
Pros:

The rooms are good and large and with a small balcony. There is no chairs in the balcony. The breakfast spread is good but not exceptional. They need to include more healthy options like boiled veg etc.

Nice hotel but could improve a little better!
Pros:

OUR STAY AT MUNNAR QUEEN WAS GOOD BUT NOT GREAT AND THE REASON WAS THAT THE FOOD AT THE THE RESTUARANT COULD BE BAD at times FOR THE STOMACH. Me and family had this issue on the second night. The egg fried rice got all of us sick and made us vomit and use the restroom a lot of times. The second issue we had was that the bathroom was smelling and not enough towels were given. But other than that the stay was good.
