This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are large with all the usual accessories expected in a hotel room.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As someone who cannot speak Chinese, they helped me with taxis and mealtimes every day.
The hotel manager went out of his way to help me for my return journey back to UK. He found and confirmed a hospital for my mandatory coronavirus test that provides results in English; he confirmed and booked my ferry ticket from Shenzhen to Hong Kong airport; he found my flight back home, saving me from an awkward zig-zag trip; and he arranged for me to stay in a hotel in Shenzhen, including transport to get there. His level of English is very good.

I would definitely stay here again in the future if I can.

Very good quality hotel in Danshui. Service is good and helpful overall. Good to order cab if you go to downto. Quiet environment and not many restaurants option outside the hotel. There is shopping center 10-15min by car. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Good experience.

I booked an Executive Floor Room. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that while having an Executive Floor and ability to book an executive room, DID NOT HAVE AN OPERATING EXECUTIVE LOUNGE!! They have a space marked EXECUTIVE LOUNGE on the Executive Floor, but no executive lounge or services exist. The space is rented to a private company!

I complained and after long discussion in Chinese, offered that I could use the mini bar in my room complimentary. There was no minibar and the refrigerator had a couple of redbulls, one beer, and several soft drinks and was never restocked...……….RIDICULOUS!

全体的には良かったが、携帯の充電に必要なケーブルを貸すサービスがなく、携帯が充電出来なく非常に困った。 他の方法で少しでも充電したいことを伝えたのですが申し訳ありません。の一点張りでした。

location is quiet - a little to far away from center if you are looking to be in "town". property is clean and modern.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Huizhou. The staff is great, front desk can speak English well enough. There's plenty of foreigners staying at this hotel. Breakfast is good, mostly Asian fare with enough continental breakfast choices for everyone. Hotel is away from the city making it quiet, but also isolated. You'll need to walk or taxi out to the busy parts of the city.

広くて清潔なお部屋で非常に快適に過ごせました。日本語を話せるスタッフはいないようでしたが、最低限の英語で通じるので、チェックインのやり取りなども特に不便なかったです。ドライヤーの風圧もしっかりしているのが地味に助かります。また、朝食ビュッフェも品数が多く、とても楽しめました。ただ、周辺には本当に何もないので、フラっと歩いてコンビニに行ったり等は出来ません。

Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel location is little far away from downtown. There is no other restaurant nearby hotel.
