Everything was perfect
It was really unpleasant stay here although this hotel looks shiny outside.
I was shocked by the room I stayed, even it was on the Wanda Floor.
1) The room has a bad smell. Some smell that is telling you the age of the hotel. Can't identify if came from the restroom or the dirty carpet.
2) The door of the wardrobe was scratched by door interlock due to a bad design
3) Wifi access - a mandatory frequent guest program registration is required in order to access Wifi... . There was even no option to pay if you want to register
4) Welcome fruit was offered but not that fresh
Otherwise, the location, the view is good. Subway station is within walking distance, and staff was professional

Really good location, with shopping centre next door and lots of shops nearby. Facilities are excellent and the hotel lobby smells lovely of jasmine. Staff are also friendly and help with any queries. We had a bit of trouble booking tickets for an attraction and the front desk Manager Mason li went above and beyond to help us book them. When we couldn't book using our passports, he helped us to call the helpline and then explore all the avenues to book.
One of the rooms as out of soap when we arrived but this was quickly fixed once we spoke to reception.
One of the best hotel chain at this side of China. Buffet dinner and buffet breakfast gorgeous as usual.
Poor English speaking staff except one receptionist lady and Vlachandra Indian English speaking chef helped me very much
