Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The location was perfect though in town, the room was very quiet and felt soundproof, allowing me to rest peacefully. Shopping and other conveniences were close by, which made it very convenient. Since I stayed only one night, I didn’t get to use many of the services, but the cleanliness of the room really stood out and made me feel comfortable. The only drawback was that the safe wasn’t working. Overall, I really liked the room.

Pros:

Room and restroom were not very clean and comfortable.
It’s near to highway, so all night one will be disturbed by traffic noise. There was some noise coming from neighbours.
So all in all not a good experience.

Excellent transit hotel

Although the immigration/ permit procedure took very long and the check out time was 12 noon, we were not disturbed by the hotel staff to leave as late as up to 3pm.All this despite there being a considerable rush.

Pros:

The property was ok, but the staff at the registration desk was rude, refused to help. At the time of my arrival they insisted that I had no reservations, did not try to help or offered any solutions. After a while they found/or got the reservation and I was given a room different than the one I had requested for.

Worst experience, Not worth the money

Booked this hotel online for a night: This hotel was no where close to even a one stare hotel .

The Room was dirty , blankets were not washed and stinking . The bathroom was really dirty and felt as it was not cleaned from the previous customers.

Ordered a plate of cut fruits from the hotel for RS 150 and they only delivered a plate with a banana cut into pieces.

Would not recommend this hotel for anyone. There are much better and cheaper hotels.
