Pros:

Do atendimento de todos os funcionários. Da localização próxima à cascata do caracol. Da natureza no entorno.

Cons:

Estrutura antiga, dobradiças e outras partes de ferro com ferrugem, mofo na parede do primeiro quarto em que ficamos. O segundo tinha menos, mas levem o antialérgico se sofrem com alergias.

Pros:

Simplesmente incrivel.
Um charme de pousada, mas acredito que boa parte dessa experiência boa foi o atendimento do Bruno.
Que rapaz simpático e muito gentil.
Um doce de pessoa.
A pousada tem um café da manha delicioso, quartos com um cheirinho agradável.
Pertinho do castelinho caracol que amamos.
Vale muito a pena.

Funcionários gentis e educados!

Cons:

Tudo lá tem problema, instalações velhas e sem manutenção. O AP.07, é minúsculo, sujo, muita ferrugem, toalhas e roupas de cama velhas, café da manhã fraco, área externa sem calçamento, etc… fui pela promoção/baixa temporada deles e “quebrei a cara”.

Pros:

A acomodação em si é boa

Cons:

Fui cobrado diretamente em meu cartão um valor superior a 40% do valor da estadia diretamente pela acomodação. Eu e a Booking tentamos resolver essa situação com eles de forma insistente, mas não obtivemos retorno da acomodação. Para sanar este caso, a Booking acabou assumindo o prejuízo e estornando o valor da estadia diretamente em meu cartão, mas o transtorno foi desnecessário.
