It used to be good....

Cons:

No staff present, it was luck that I arrived when someone was there to help me with my luggage to my top floor room. When I left there was no one to help me with my luggage. No breakfast.

Great location and good value
Pros:

They were able to accommodate special dietary requirements for breakfast but we brought our own ingredients to ensure we got what we needed.

Cons:

Communication could have been better. We had access to a shared bathroom but it would have been great if they could have told us that there was nobody else staying in the room that had access to the shared bathroom. We could have relaxed a bit more know we could leave our things in the room.

Wouldn’t stay again, would rather pay a little bit more for something better

Not far from the seafront

Cons:

Needs a lot of TLC, ground floor room at the very back had a slight damp smell, hit my face twice on the side of the shower when bending to sit on the toilet, when making sure we left nothing behind on the day we left there was a pair of dirty men’s underwear and a tissue between the bed and the wall.

Ideal for a one night stop over.
Pros:

Perfect for a quick stopover & great location for visiting Roker Pier.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable & need replacing.
The kitchen smell was very bad. Although it couldn’t be noticed in our room it was very unpleasant walking through the hotel. There was no way we could’ve eaten there
