Excellent location, would stay here again
Pros:

Staff were friendly on arrival. The room was clean and had a small fridge so we were able to keep milk and snacks cold. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The door locked from the inside with a key and felt safe.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a hair dryer

Great stay in a really nice hotel in a wonderful location.
Pros:

Just about everything!
Room was well appointed, warm, very comfortable and the 'sea view' was very much of the sea even the hotel was a ~200m from the coast.
The breakfast was excellent quality including the extra bits and coffee.

Cons:

The only thing worth commenting on was the shower. The temperature was 'bit' variable but still good.
Otherwise everything was good.

Fabulous stay! Great value! Amazing view!
Pros:

The location of the property was fabulous! So close to the beach, beautiful! Walkable distance so it was nice to do that. 10min drive to the city. Metro station not too far away. Free parking at the property so that was a bonus. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable room, very well though out. Fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Not much. Maybe just that the property was a little dated. But that didn't matter much because it was still comfortable. The decor was beautiful as well. So not that big of an issue.

Pros:

Lovely location. Good sized room with comfy beds. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Main entrance door was difficult to pass through when carrying luggage ( off set double doors with only one side opening, plus step) so we got wetter than was really necessary.

A comfortable stay with good breakfast
Pros:

Our room was clean, spacious, well-appointed, with a very comfortable four-poster bed and a lovely sea view. We opted for a full English breakfast which proved to be plentiful and delicious with cereals, fresh fruit salad and yogurt, toast and a cafetière of coffee, as well as our cooked option.

Ideally located, perfect for our stay
Pros:

We were met by a kind lady who explained everything in detail as we'd not stayed at The Lemonfield Hotel before. We were only there for one night and didn't have breakfast the following day, so can't comment. Location was ideal for where we ended up, at The Stack on the sea front about 500m from hotel. We got an Uber into Sunderland City Centre, costing about £6.50. Ample free parking and located about 220m from promenade.

Cons:

Personally, I don't like a hot bedroom and the heating was on full and room were very warm when we arrived, however this was soon sorted by turning radiators down and opening a window, no big deal, just coming from a personal point of view.
