It was amazing and good memories
Pros:

Location is convenient. Required facilities are located around.

Cons:

A bit renovation is required for building and specially for the lights in the room, washroom, tap etc.

This was my favourite hotel years ago. . . ? It needs a lot of attention now.
Pros:

There’s NO Breakfast !
Shower curtain was dirty, disgusting, Moldy !
Some repairs were started and not finished.
Don’t call front desk in the evening- they don’t answer !

Couldn’t control the air conditioning temp or fan speed. Wifi doesn’t work very well, and depending on your location in the building not at all.
