The Link 83 Mandalay Boutique Hotel

The room is spacious, well planned, with a good bed. Bathroom also good. BUT !!! The hotel has a very serious sewage problem. Continuous disgusting sewage smell in the room.

Hotel standard, colazione scarsa pero personale gentile e attento. Camera abbastanza confortevole, la doccia da migliorare ( porta, portasapone,soffione doccia). Wifi abbastanza buono.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. One staff used his mobile phone to help us to contact our local friend. The hotel manager personally came to talk to us to get feedback from us. It is conveniently located near eating place.

掃除が行き届いていなかった箇所が見受けられました。部屋に入ったときに、ポットの中に中途半端にお湯が入っていたり、テレビが置いてある机の上がほこり（目に見えるくらいの大きさ、ゴミといってもいいかもしれません）があったり、部屋のじゅうたんの上もゴミのこびりつくなど、もう少し丁寧に掃除をしていただけるとよいかと思いました。日中外出して部屋に戻った時に、使用したコーヒーカップが洗われていませんでした。あとエアコンの音がかなり大きく、夜は耳栓をして寝ました。私の部屋だけだったのかは分かりません。概ねはよいのですが、もう少しだけ、細かいところに気を回すことができればもっといいと思いました。スタッフの方は皆さん親切です。

내부는 작지만 객실 깔끔하고 화장실도 깔끔.

The hotel is new but the room is very small. The bathroom is comparatively good and spacious but the price is acceptable.

酒店很新，員工服務禮貌極佳，房間頗大，我們三人三張床也很多空間，房間水壓熱水極好！但房間燈光暗，冷氣很給力，設施齊全，插頭很多，住了兩晚每晚都很好睡的，附近要走十分鐘才有餐廳，早餐說是幾晚在緬甸最好吃！種類不多，但有轉換款式！而且員工認得我們知道我們需要，很讚

Not a ‘boutique’ hotel at all as the name states

Lemme start with the reception staff. They are so bad in communication. Their English is worst, its almost impossible to make them understand anything that you need especially the staff at night but staff in the daytime was not so good either. At a place where tourists come they should have people with better English.

Room was very small but clean, we had one big bag and one small and it was impossible to move in the room. Bathroom was small size too and worst part was shower cabinet becomes a pool while showering. Poor drainage.

Internet was just by name, poor speed, almost no signals in room.

Lobby area is full of mosquitos and stinks too. Breakfast was below average.

We were supposed to go to Bagan by road and we asked reception staff and they gave us just one option of taking OK bus. That was a nightmare and worst experience of our entire lives. But reception staff never told us how bad it was, they booked it for us like it was a luxury bus service. They should know people staying at their hotel can afford to go in a taxi or at least give them option of booking a taxi for them. How can they expect people from west travel in the worst bus service ever.

Está nuevo el hotel! Muy bien decorado! La zona no es la mejor! Pero si estás en auto muy cerca de todos los templos que hay que visitar

Hotel nuovissimo centrale e molto carino.abbiamo usufruito anche del loro transfer per L’aeroporto e di un loro driver per visitare la città e i dintorni.buona esperienza

A very cute modern hotel with nice amenities.

The best thing about the hotel is the service. Great modern and comfortable room. Connecting fo their wifi takes patience. Disgusting smell of the drains that wont go away after showering in the bathroom

比較的新しいホテルだが排水溝から臭いにおいがする。
立地としては市場は近いが食事、観光には不便。
NHKのチャンネル表記はあったが実際はローカル番組がうつるのは残念

The hotel was clean and modern and has everything you would expect for a premium hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
My room was a little small but had everything I needed. My only complaint would be is that the Wi-fi was extremely slow.

We really liked this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helped us to book day trips etc. Restaurant was good with mix of western and Asian food. Our room was quite big and nice ac. It is difficult to say where the best location in Mandalay is to stay, but we felt like our location was alright, but need taxi to most touristy stuff or longer walk.
