City surprize
Pros:

Staff were very helpful. From booking unit to arriving were sent many emails etc to keep us in the loop. Carpark was free which was an added bonus and rental was quite affordable.

enjoyed my stay. Staff great and cleanliness good. Location suited me with short walk to shops, rest
Pros:

overall well appointed. shame weather wasn't better as the pool looked inviting. Staff helpful and answered any questions promptly

Cons:

Unfortunately one of the frypans had burnt on food from previous quest that I couldn't get clean so couldn't use. Would like maybe cooking oil, salt and pepper provided as that would make cooking alot easier.

Cons:

It’s a bit higgledy piggledy! Two different car parks and trying to orientate the which is lift to use, where to exit,etc. Would have liked clearer instructions on key and fob use and perhaps a map or layout of the complex.

NEVER EVER AGAIN... Requesting a REFUND..

The bed was the best thing about this place!!

Where to begin... Trying to locate B1 Parking was an absolute nightmare within itself.. Drove around several times in search of the allocated parking area... The mapping that was provided, screamed inaccurate & POOR DIRECTION... There are absolutely NO SIGNAGES or ANYTHING to actively HELP you navigate your way back to our Unit.. Let alone trying to find the lifts... (Grateful we dropped our luggage off before we were presented with the disastrous encounter) Called The Weekend office support in hope of a little help!! Pfffftt...
All to be advised, NONE IS ON SITE during the Weekends to assist!!
And to make even better... The customer support Officer disclosed, that they have NEVER BEEN to the property & were sorry they were unable to effectively help with our directional dilemma...
We proceeded to walk around AFRICA, trying to find some way out.. Where we trekked thru the pool area, going through several doors & hiking sets of stairs... When we FINALLY reached the elevators... Thinking, yay!! We made it...To then struggle with the Key Fob!!
I could not imagine what this would look like for an elderly couple or anyone who relies on a walking aid or requires wheelchair access!! Absolutely appalling... Be better Trilogy!!!!

The room was not cleaned to a basic standard.. Let alone, what I paid to stay there!! The A/C unit needs to be replaced.. And if not replaced, at least cleaned....
That Couch is hazardous and should be thrown out... Disgusting to think this is even suitable for people to sit on... I personally would not let a dog sleep on that couch.. The kitchen sink has mould oozing out, near the taps.. The shower proceeds to give you third degree burns, even when it's been placed half way! It was not a nice stay at all... Please see the pictures attached & view for yourself!!

Super séjour à proximité du centre ville
Pros:

L’appartement est situé à proximité du centre ville ce qui est idéal, dans un endroit calme, il est grand spacieux, fonctionnel, avec deux salles de bain, deux toilettes.

Cons:

Le ménage est fait mais il y a des espaces avec bcp de poussières qu’il faut penser à nettoyer.
