The accommodation was perfect for our stay, close to the city. and facilities, comfortable and quiet

The location of the property was perfect for your use. We didn't use the kitchen much, but was adequate for our needs.

Location and facilities were acceptable for our place of requirement.

Cons:

The shower head was broken in the second bathroom.
There was construction across the road that seemed to be all night, which was very loud and disruptive. Is there no noise restraints in Brisbane. Listening to things being dropped into a skip bin and a scissor lifter all night was less than ideal

Over all happy with apartment just needed a few thing’s attended too.

Apartment needed a deep clean as aircon vents had dust and mould around them one lounge chair had stains all over it

Pros:

Central location with great eateries within walking distance.
The beds were very comfortable.
The room had a lovely patio area with a grassed section.

Cons:

Unfortunately the lawn needed a good mow and was not pleasant to walk on.
The bathrooms were a bit tired and attention to the shower floor tiles and silicone sealing is required.
The curtains needed cleaning and hanging correctly.
