Lamentável
Pros:

Cheguei no hotel estava cansado e já era noite e simplesmente a reserva constava como NULA, aleguei que já havia inclusive pago a estadia, conseguiram um quarto para mim e minha esposa em que a cama era em forma de descida, um lado mais alto que o outro, só tenho uma pergunta, de quem é a culpa do Hotel ou do Hoteis.com. Não sou de reclamar mas esses erros não podem acontecer.

Pros:

hôtel très bien situé en centre ville de Santiago , donc à proximité de tout. Ancienne maison bourgeoise qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation, donc un peu vétuste , mais que demander vu le prix défiant toute concurrence. Cependant à éviter en hiver si on est frileux, car le chauffage central ne fonctionne pas , et la clim réversible n'est pas tellement efficace, en tout cas côté chaleur ! Bon accueil, petit déjeuner simple et copieux.

Hotel abandonado.
Pros:

El hotel es espantoso, sin mantenimiento, muy diferente de lo que se ve en las fotos. No tiene Wiffi como indican, el desayuno es malo, de hecho algunos lacteos estan sin frio, es decir peligroso. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, y en mal estado, ssiempre un lateral de la cama, esta contra la pared, osea el tamaño es muy reducido. Lo unico bueno es la gente que atiende que pone lo mejor de si, el resto, nada vale la pena.

Hotel muito simples, o pessoal do atendimento salva pela cordialidade e atenção.
Café da manhã muito fraco.
Roupas de cama e toalhas poderiam ser mais bem cuidadas.
