Nice modern hotel ..
Pros:

Spacious room comfortable bed
Breakfast was very nice
Staff were nice special mention to the young lady in charge of the cafe and breakfast ..Megan or Mandy ..she was very helpful and made the best cappuccino ( very very weak cap as I like it) also recommended a pub for dinner

Cons:

The noise we had with high school lads running through fire doors and slamming them shut ..being typical teenagers but gave me a hang of a fright .my husband went to front desk and a staff member came and sorted them out ..it did happen again and some university students had come out of their rooms to see what the noise was about also ..not sure where the teenagers teachers/coaches were .????

Great!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Jubilee Hotel in Nottingham and absolutely loved it!

The room was fantastic — very spacious with an incredible floor-to-ceiling window that made it feel even bigger and brighter. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet, which made our stay very relaxing.

The surroundings are beautiful, with lovely ponds and ducks — such a lovely atmosphere for a walk and to unwind.

Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options — something for everyone.

Cons:

The only small downside was that when we arrived, there was no key card in the room to activate the electricity. As we were using a digital key via the app, we had to go back down to reception to get one, which was a bit inconvenient.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Nice architecture for a pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel looks good, and the architecture probably has sustainability in mind as there is plenty of use of timber louvres, natural daylight, and even the windows are timber-framed for this contemporary design. The surrounding is tranquil with the manmade lake in front, all within the University campus.

Cons:

The sound proofing can be improved, particularly the door to the room by making use of a heavier, sound insulated door with edge and drop seals. Restaurant is open only for breakfast during weekend, and although it's not a long walk to the mainroad outside the campus, the choice of restaurants was limited: a pub, the subway, a cafe, a local pizza, an indian restaurant.

Pros:

Good location, reasonably priced

Cons:

Staff is not friendly. The reception lady insisted on 3pm check in and told me the hotel is very fully booked. I don't see many guests at all.
