Parking at the Jubilee Conference Center is free for residents although spaces are limited. Permits for alternative car parks are issued by reception for you to place on your dashboard. Please collect your car park permit prior to parking. Reception will also assist you with directions.

The welcome and service from the staff and the lake view from our room. The ease of movement around the hotel and grounds.
A wider selection of meals for the menu from 8.00pm and the option to purchase freshly ground coffee in a cup.
The breakfast food choice, the shower's water pressure and heating.

The bathroom without windows and the air vent did not seem to be working.

Great ambiance around the place.
Breakfast buffet was really big and eggs were fresh. Good assortment of food, good value. Room was quite big and we appreciated the metal (not plastic) tea kettle in the room. Lots of seating area in the lobby to enjoy a drink from the bar. Very pet friendly.
A tad of a walk from the bus stop, and it's not highly visible from the street.

On arrival at 8pm there was no hot water. Despite 4 phone calls to reception over the next 2 hours and someone coming to my room to confirm there was no hot water, nothing improved by 22.15. I filled a kettle to give me a little hot water to wash. No one got back to me to see if things had improved, no one offered me another room or any compensation. No one seemed to care about my problem.
