Had the pleasure to stay in a luxury suite at the 37th floor here for a couple of nights during our new year's celebration. Room is perfect in every respect. Except that the two desks you might want to use for work on your laptop aren't the right height or seat for work, just looks. The 6 elevators struggle to take enough people around. And the western restaurant for breakfast and dinner buffet if you like is more like wild Chinese West than western. So a place for luxurious rest and enjoy in the room. It competes with the Sheraton to be the best western in Jiangyin. Rooms equally good. For the rest, the leadership at Wyndham needs to build more culture. In my opinion based on 2 nights only. Prices not considered.
The manager, Shir Wang, is so wonderful. She is so nice, friendly and professional. We are so so so satisfied with this hotel and the service. Food in the buffet is very tasty. Hot pot is available here and sea food is fresh. You will have a good memory here with an affordable price. happy trip with my family and friends.Maybe next time i will book a room to have a try.Shir told me that live in this hotel I can see Yangzi river.
Many times I was been in Jiangyin for Business trip and I always choose the Wyndham Grand Plaza Hotel.
