I enjoyed my stay afterwards and I will always choose Quest Dandenong Central

Food location. Just near train station , Dandenong market and Plaza

Cons:

The receptionist on the day of our check in never bothered to serve us . I asked him if I can check in and he pretended as if he was on a phone but he wasn't having any conversation with anyone. I gave him sometime but he never said hi or even ask if he can help us. Then I decided to ask him if we can check in since my little one was getting agitated. He told me, " I thought you aren't ready", I told him you should have asked. He checked us in but we were given a small room with a dirty toilet, small bed . When I booked in I had requested for the same room as before and the request was approved. I never expected the same room but atleast same specification atleast considering we had to share the bed the three of us. My husband went back to reception and showed him the toilet photo, he changed the room. Atleast it was spacious and clean. The first experience matters, I hope he will change his attitude because good customer service matters more.

Was a good place to have a rest
Pros:

Room was very comfortable, had connecting rooms for a 2bdrm executive apartment.

Cons:

When we got there, key cards didn’t work. Had to wait in the hallway for reception to let us in the apartment. Eventually things got sorted.

Exceptional service and a welcoming reception team, a very centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Nathalie was exceptional during our stay and genuinely went above and beyond to help us with every request. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience. The entire reception team was consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel itself is a lovely place to stay; comfortable, well run, and very centrally located, making everything easy to access. We would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

Cons:

Not much. Gym could be more equipped if going on for a longer stay.
