Overall, our stay was okay, but there is still room for improvement in facilities and guest request
Pros:

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. We felt safe and relaxed during our stay, and the location was very convenient for our family activities.

Cons:

Some facilities were lacking, and a few amenities we expected were not available during our visit. We also requested a small surprise birthday greeting upon arrival for our mother, but unfortunately the hotel was not able to arrange it. We hope that hotel can improve these areas to provide a better experience for future guests.

Glad we needed it only for one night.
Pros:

Cons:

Everything is severely outdated and needs replacement. No windows in room, cant touch a thing since everything is covered in mold.

Good price for the location; big spacious room.

Cons:

The ac is old (non-inverter model) and a bit loud at night; we ordered from the restaurant menu for breakfast, but we think the food don’t taste so great and the price is a bit expensive.

Pros:

Reasonable place to stay. But this time I stayed no hot water the soap holder fell off the wall and the toilet seat swings around. And went for breakfast all out of stock. Not even any bread. Terrible. Last time I stayed was ok. Terrible this time.
