Worth the price
Pros:

Accessible though mandaue is heavily flooded area but leope is a good place to stay it is near pier, malls, cdu and etc.

Cons:

Everything you have to request, such as toiletries, cleaning, water, slippers.

Very good hotel - friendly staff - nice, clean rooms. All you need for a day or 2.
Pros:

Great hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay over.
We always stay here when we arrive in Cebu.

Very comfortable beds , very good shower.

McDonalds next door - 7Eleven and ATM across the street.

Good affordable hotel for stay over. Near McD and 7 Eleven
Pros:

We always stay here when we arrive in Cebu.
Good affordable hotel, just a 10 minute taxi drive from Pier and North Bus Terminal.

They build a brand new McDonalds next door, so food is within walking distance now.
7 Eleven across the street, and a bank/ATM as well.

Aircon works fine. Fridge in room. Free water bottle.

Cons:

Shower needs some maintance. It worked, but showerhead needs descaling.
