muy buena decoracion, pero le falta mantenimiento
le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las habitaciones, hay roturas que necesitan arreglos, y eso puede causar una peor impresion de lo que deberia
The room is spacious and we got a smoking room as requested. The bathroom was really nice as well.
The TV did not have one single channel in English that we could watch. We could not screen share a phone or laptop to it either. Except for 1 woman, the staff were not the friendliest. We went to have a look at the indoor pool as my husband wanted to have a swim later, but the man working at the desk was very rude as the pool were being used for a swimming class for little children.
good location and good view
Although try to give me a room, which is non-smoking, still smell like smoking.
wifi is unstable
I asked them for an early morning wake-up call and to book a taxi they forgot to do both! I was very lucky not to miss my flight! If they can’t do simple things like this they shouldn’t be a hotel!
Not like Shanghai, but the price is unbeatable. great location, wonderful designed room and great English speaking service, great internationdal breakfast, highly recommended for business travelers. meutermedia
Hotel was rather new but with pre-historic speed of broadband. It was at best 3Mbps.
My stay at Wanda Realm in Yiwu was nothing short of incredible! I was exceedingly pleased at how courteous the staff was and how elegant and clean the hotel was. From the friendly staff to the beautiful suites and everything in between, the hotel made my stay in Yiwu a comfortable and relaxing one.
Some highlights of the hotel are the amenities. The pool is gorgeous, clean and well kept while staff ensures that fresh clean towels and water is always available. After a refreshing dip in the pool, I had the option of going into the steam room or the dry sauna, which I made sure to use both! Once again, it was clean and a very nice way to end the night. If I decided not to use either of those, then I could simply stroll a few meters and enter the hot tub. I was impressed with the available options and how sanitary the amenities were; spotless!
Another highlight were the options at breakfast. From baguettes and brie cheese to miso soup and fresh fruit and juices, the breakfast at Wanda Realm had it all. Every morning I was able to choose new and enticing options or have the chef make me a fresh meal on the spot. The food was delicious and the eating space was spacious and lovely.
The service was exceptional, the rooms were very clean and beautifully furnished and the environment itself was that of a great one. Wanda Realm is an incredible hotel and I was very pleased with my stay.
Totally amazing hotel, brand new facilities which is why. The rooms were spectacular and so clean.
Very happy and will be staying again.
There is not really anything around, there is a shopping centre next to the hotel but you are away from a lot of things in Yiwu.
I was there for a couple of nights, the hotel is very nice, the lobby is beautiful and at the rooms you have every thing you need. they are big, clean and new.
Breakfast is also very complete...
I highly recommend this hotel for business or couples!!
Simply gorgeous hotel along Yiwu River. The hotel is located in a much more modern area than the downtown (new mall complex with IMAX), and it's only 15 minutes taxi ride to there. Also they offer a free shuttle bus twice in the morning for International Trade City and also to come back as well in the afternoon. The hotel is really new and modern. I have to say it was such a relief to stay in a place like this after the damp and old hotels of Yiwu. The staff from Front Desk and Concierge is extremely kind to help you with anything you need with great English skills. I was really surprised. I had a beautiful upgrade to executive room on 18th floor with a partial river view overlooking to the city.
Because of my short stay I could only try the breakfast and had a drink in the executive lounge in the evening. Breakfast was great with a rich variety. There are different cuisine dishes for you to enjoy. Also executive lounge offers a wide selection of spirits and wine with soft drinks, nuts, fruits and ice cream. And if you would like to have fun, there is an even a guidebook for cocktail preparation with the tools for you to try your best of your bartending skills. I will be definitely back!
Wanda has great ambitions for China, but I'm afraid they disappointed me on my first stay at their property. Sure, it's beautiful and the room is nicely decorated, but at midnight, the A/C stopped working. I called the front desk and had to be moved to another room which wasn't much cooler (1 degree). I am a foreigner and speak Chinese and I heard the staff say that Chinese don't like to turn on the A/C while sleeping. I replied (in Chinese) that I'm sure they do on a day like that one, which was 41 degrees C outside. I was moved to a room that had iron burn on the luggage holder, and I pointed that out to the porter. But on check out, they wanted to charge me 500 RMB for the burn. I told them I didn't do it, and the porter wasn't on duty. In the end, they didn't charge me, but the CS level of this hotel is abysmal. Look elsewhere.
A shady experience. They wanted 1000 Yuan at check-in (CASH ONLY) and they would not take a credit card - telling us some story about the credit card system updating for two days. Can you imagine a business unable to take credit cards for two days? Stupid. They would also enter the rooms unannounced and we found them in our rooms at odd hours - not cleaning - just people in the rooms. They acted very suspiciously and I would never go back there.
I travel to Asia and Europe often - and I know a shady experience when I find it - I would avoid this hotel and request that they learn to take credit cards.
Just one night but very clean, the service was very good as the quality of the food at the breakfast at the ground floor.
The problem is always that not many people speak English.
I will consider it for my next trip to Yiwu.
Had a one night stay here just to check it out and was not overly impressed. While the facilities are extra large and grand like all of their other hotels in china, the service is terrible. The staff and managers stand around in groups in the lobby and never smile or say hello. It was always a challenge to receive assistance easily. Tried to go to the spa but it was closed and I was told that they would be coming in late - beyond their opening time - as there were no appointments. So unprofessional. The hotel is located quite a distance from other activities in Yiwu. Would stay elsewhere next time.
