It was really basic.

Cons:

The standard rooms are really small, there is no space for your luggage, if you had to put it o the floor you would not be able yo reach the bathroom.

Emplacement a coté du Metro, tres pratique. Hotel propre, bien equipé, personnel tres sympathique.

Cons:

La taille de la chambre, beaucoup trop petite, mal organisé, ne permet pas de ranger les valises dans un endroit, vite a l etroir....

Pros:

Location - very close to public transport
1. City bus to go to Gion, Maruyama Park, Philosopher's Path, etc
2. Randen Electric Tram - direct to Arashiyama
3. Omiya Station - Hankyu subway which is 1 stop from the Karauma Station which operates the Karauma Line to/from Kyoto station etc

Cons:

Hotel rate was on the high side during this cherry blossom season
