Posizione ottimale. La camera era molto bella seppur piccola (negli standard giapponesi). Letto comodo, ma cuscini no. Reception sempre aperta, si possono spedire i bagagli. Staff gentile. Ci sono i prodotti per farsi la doccia.
Per politica dell'hotel, hanno pulito la stanza solo dopo 3 notti. Avremmo preferito almeno il cambio degli asciugamani.
The room is not large, but the interior, lighting, and cleanliness were excellent. The next time I visit Kyoto, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Posizione, struttura e staff
La struttura è accogliente, buona posizione (anche se personalmente sceglierei un’altra zona per dormire a Kyoto, ma questi sono gusti personali). Camera un po’ più grande degli standard giapponesi ma comunque piccolina. Personale molto gentile ci ha aiutato molto con la valigia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
La pulizia non è giornaliera, abbiamo dovuto richiedere gli asciugamani alla reception. Alcuni dello staff non parlano bene inglese
La ubicación era muy buena y las instalaciones estaban bien. El personal fue muy amable
Qué no tuvieran servicio de limpieza si no te quedas mínimo 4 noches. Si quieres que te limpien la habitación, tienes que pedirlo expresamente en recepción...
El alojamiento está muy bien, además tiene una zona de descanso común que la usábamos para desayunar y cenar algunos días.
Está un poco retirado de las zonas turísticas y la habitación era algo pequeña.
