Excellent location, Value for Money

Cons:

No Ramp for taking heavy luggage, Phone and TV not working, Room Not cleaned after informing, Payment made earlier not reconciled at time of check out and demanding to pay.

Pros:

apart from the location and the brand Treebo nothing was neat and clean. Very bad hotel

Cons:

Hotel has no trained staff even the receptionist dont respond well.
1. Bad and old smelling pillows.
2. Bed and sheets were not good
3. Bathroom was horrible
4. Staffs no clue what are they doing
5. Owner is not taking responsibility for the power cut

Pros:

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, bathroom had a bad smell, and fittings were rusted and broken. Linen was in poor condition. Staff were not cooperative and did not greet guests. The lift is in horrible condition and feels unsafe.

The only positive was the breakfast, which was very nice. Overall, not value for money.
