Climatisation dans la chambre

Cons:

Séjour assez décevant dans l’ensemble.
La literie n’était pas très confortable, avec l’impression de dormir sur deux petits lits rapprochés plutôt qu’un vrai grand lit. Les oreillers étaient également peu agréables.
Par ailleurs il n'y avait pas de Wi-Fi durant le séjour, ce qui est vraiment regrettable.
La chambre manquait aussi de plusieurs équipements de base : pas de poubelle, pas de bouilloire, et un nombre de serviettes insuffisant. Le lavabo n’était pas propre autour et en bas. La douche était très petite, avec un pommeau cassé qui ne tenait pas en place et éclaboussait partout.
Il y avait également de la poussière autour et à l’intérieur des luminaires.
Autre point dommage : l’absence de climatisation dans les couloirs et les ascenseurs, ce qui rend les déplacements dans l’hôtel peu agréables.
Enfin, la personne présente à l’accueil le soir ne s’est pas montrée particulièrement accueillante, ce qui laisse une impression mitigée sur la qualité du service.
