Hotel Muros Quito

Had a Great first experience of Equador here. The staff was more than friendly, even though I know NO Spanish.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff helped me out getting my wheelchair up and down the stairs. So nice.

The hotel feels like a house was turned into a hotel and adds a different cozy flair to it.
Pros:
The staffs were very friendly and cooperative.
Area also felt safer compared old Quito city.
Room was spacious.

Cons were many:
Bathroom door did not lock
No hot water was in the bathroom.
No heater in the room.
TV didn't have any running channels to watch.
The furniture e.g. chair & desk felt dirty and old.

Para descansar o como bed and breakfasts , está bien .

The hotel was clean and everyone was very polite. There is good eating nearby. Our only problem was the water heater didn't work very well in one room. The water heater worked perfect in the second room. The breakfast was small but it was all fresh and good.

The service was excellent clean room and breakfast was good Álvaro was kind and very respectful ,friendly and hard working young man
I was satisfied and happy for everything.

La excelente atención y la cordialidad de todos, desde la propietaria Cristina y el staff del hotel. La ubicación inmejorable cerca de todo, como sugerencia variar un poco el desayuno, a pesar de ser bufett me gustaría que incluyan algo típico de su país todos los días.

Si escencia !! Rústica !! Me gusta tal vez una sugerencia es tener un poco más presentable las toallas de baño ya están viejas!! Pero de ahí todo bien

Un área muy acogedora en la sala de estar del hotel!!!
Excelente menú ejecutivo en el Restaurante del Hotel!!!

Casi mal. Casi ni funciona Internet. No dan factura indispensable.

Me gustó la eficiencia y la cordialidad con la que te recibe y te ayuda la administradora Cristina, cuidan de la limpieza, no es un hotel de lujo pero para el precio que se paga está bien.

Excelente estadía para ir en grupo, sector privilegiado y muy seguro, hay una serie de locales de comida y diversión, destaco la amabilidad del personal. Tienen un desayuno aceptable y el WIFI es rápido.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y me gusta que las recomendaciones que presente las hayan tomado en cuenta ya que están remodelando los baños .
Limpieza ubicación y personal es lo que destacó

Loud construction right out our window 2 early mornings (Saturday at 6:10am), no towels on our last day, no toilet paper replacement ever, could not communicate with any of the hotel staff (all were strictly Spanish speaking), employee entered our room when we were out at midnight and just threw a comforter on top of our bed in a heap (we witnessed the entry and couldn’t communicate our discomfort and unease due to language barrier)

Would not recommend!

Room was as you walk in the property noisy because of location next to where breakfast was served. Breakfast was rolls and yogurt because all the other food was gone.
No towels in room had to ask for everything. It was as if they didn’t know we were arriving. Answered only one email so couldn’t ask questions about room location.

The hotel is in a good location. It has the potential to be a better hotel. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy.

This was hotel was in a great location. There were a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. I also felt safe walking around at night. The hotel staff were exceptional in assisting us with our needs, most especially Richard who was around every time we needed something.
