I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Treebo Siddarth at Ajmer - The accommodations provided were significantly different from the listing on your platform, and the experience was entirely unacceptable.
1. Room Misrepresentation (Bait and Switch)
Upon arrival, I was assigned Room 306. However, the bellboy redirected my family to Room 305, claiming it was a "partition" of the same room. The layout was incorrect and overcrowded, featuring one double bed and two single beds, which did not match my reservation.
2. Unsanitary Conditions
The bedroom and bathroom were in an unsanitary state and failed to meet basic hygiene standards. Furthermore, the breakfast facilities were unacceptable; the restaurant was dirty, and the serving stations were empty and unmaintained.
3. Poor Staff Conduct
Despite these conditions, the receptionist requested that I complete a satisfaction survey upon checkout. I provided honest, negative feedback and expressed my concerns verbally, but the staff appeared indifferent. It is clear that my feedback was not taken seriously by the property management.
Conclusion
Due to extreme travel exhaustion and being with my family, I had no choice but to stay the night, but I feel completely misled. As Booking.com facilitates these reservations, I expect a higher level of quality control.
I am requesting a full refund for this stay due to the gross misrepresentation of the property. I value your platform, but if this is not resolved, I will be forced to take my future business to other booking platforms.
