The access to hotel is difficult from the main road. As there is no car park at hotel. Had to walk. Way to hotel is up hill.

Hi Booking.com, i lost my money 50% of booking cost. As i booked through Booking.com and option is directly pay to hotel, Later i got a pop up message stating we will cancel the reservation if you are not paying 50% advance immediately due to Booking.com trust we paid. When we reached the property no proper sign board how to reach we went another road there is no access to car. And no direct phone number to the reception...Hence we tried through Tree boo. Again there is so many procedures to connect to reception we tried all the way but unable to connect the property. And Tree boo asked us to chat through WhatsApp...mean time huge traffic and police came with Siren bike and asked us to move immediately. Hence with local reference and guidance i claimed hill road with 5min walk to reach the property myself and my wife is in the car and they are just roaming to park the car meantime. When i singed all papers and they taken my Aadhar as a id proof. Later when i asked how to bring the car near to Property, they spoke with driver and car came by other route to near the property, again there also police asked us to move quickly, we are unable to offload our luggage's from car. Instead of coming to the 72M away where the car is finding difficulties to offload the luggage's and police is shouting on us. The property reception guy is calling me over phone and saying it is not their responsibilities. Hence without any option and due to police waring we have to move out from that location. My phone charge is almost dead and unable to escalate this matter to Booking my.com immediately and unable to cancel my booking. Later we found other property with Car barking facility with good view and the rate is also very cheap. After recharging my mobile again i contacted Tree bo they told they will review and resolve it. But after that they told it is not property fault and as the car was stopped by police little far way. Later i checked it is only 72M i will attach the map.
In continuation to above window....am continuing here....Further Tree boo CC told if it is 100M property support to bring your luggage's. But in the map now am seeing it is only 72M. Due to that they are unable to refund my 50% amount which i my hard earn money how come they say like this, since the fault is from property after taken all my signatures they are not help me to bring my luggage from my car it is just 72M from property, we are ready to offload and bring, but police is continuously waring as the property person is not at all coming to spot just 72M away and he called me over phone and he told it is not their responsibilities if they just walk 72M the problem might be resolved from police and we may offload our luggage's and stay in that hotel. But all went vain.
I booked this property because of Booking.com trust, but This Tree boo Varuna team is not at all supporting and i feel they always say pay at hotel while booking, later they will send cancelation msg, if 50% amount is not paying. because of that i paid money, after that no care and they are enjoying with my money. I noticed there is vacant in that property while i am signing the paper, as the other guest came and asked the reception guy and he too confirmed rooms are vacant. But very smart they are saying if you not paid advance your room is not able to hold as bookings are filling very fast. Now am like a ball pillar to pillar they are throwing when i ask refund from Tree boo. Treeboo customer care guy saying there is very near by railway parking is there and he asked why you are not went there. Am a new person to Shimla how come i know those places. We expected if the Hotel Reception is informed about that parking we might be went and park it and brought our luggage's to Hotel. But they intentionally hide this information as they want money without using their property. Hence i seeking Booking.com please interevent this matter and help me to get my advance back.

We stayed in the honeymoon room and we had a great stay. The views from the room are amazing, very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast and all the personnel so polite and helpful. Really worthit and excelent value for the price.
Everything was ok.
