terrible wouldnt go even if i had nowhere to go

Just the location, and some visitors were welcoming

Cons:

The Staff, Very unprofessional and rude. The Establishment has no structure i had to wait in lobby for 40min because the desk person didnt wanna wait to check me in for a $150 refundable deposit (not listed on hotel site) and they take very long to refund u back your money its been 30 days and my banks still has the transaction as pending

Emplacement très bon - 8-10 minutes à pied de la station de métro qui permet d'être en 10 minutes à Times Square
En gros en 20 minutes on est dans le centre de Manhattan
Très bon petit déjeuner mode buffet avec nombreux choix et un cuisinier qui fait oeufs/omelettes et pancakes à la demande
Fontaine à eau dans l'entrée (ainsi que café et thé mais pas bu) - Ils nous disent que l'eau n'est pas potable dans les chambres (OK pour se laver les dents)
Personnel très sympathique
24h/24
Les chambres sont simples mais fonctionnelles avec 2 lits queen confortables et petit frigo

It was fine.
Pros:

It’s a short walk over the bridge to a nice area with food and drinks.

Cons:

The shower curtains were too short. Water got all over the bathroom the first time showering.
