Great place
Pros:

Inexpensive. Clean and comfortable. Plugins on both sides of the bed. Uber was able to find it easily. Staff was good. It was a small room, but they made the most of it. More storage than in most bigger rooms. Had a fridge. Very secure building - have to have room keys to use elevator.

Cons:

Just be aware that it is very near the train tracks so you do hear that in the middle of the night. Breakfast is $11.00. We didn’t get it, but others said it was a really good value. Do have to pay a $150 deposit. No microwave.

The BEST of the BEST, recomendadisimo 10/10

Es un hermoso alojamiento, acogedor, limpio, agradable, con personalidad y sobretodo bien administrado. La comida es muy rica y fresca. Nos atendieron con mucha hospitalidad y profesionalismo. Siempre atentos con una cara amable y colaboradora. Pedimos algunas cosas y fueron muy diligentes en todo a todo momento. Los desayunos recomendados. Calidad relación precio es excepcional cuando uno se hospeda. Gracias a Shantel, Sofia, Mohamed, camilo, y el señor Luis Felicitaciones por su gran trabajo el cual manteniendo todo funcional 10/10.

Espero volver pronto y sin duda al mismo hotel FEATHER FACTORY ♥️, donde dormimos y descansamos muy bien después de largas caminadas, lo cual compensa y marca la diferencia cuando se elige el hotel apropiado. Felicitaciones al equipo de trabajo que tienen y más que mejorar ojalá mantengan todo lo que se ofreció y nos agradó verdaderamente. Prueben la comida es deliciosa y a mi parecer muy económica.

Cons:

Un vêtement a disparu de la salle de bain (certainement ramasser par mégarde avec les serviettes de toilettes lors du ménage) après notre première nuit. Nous l’avons signalé et avons attendu la fin de notre séjour 6 nuits au total en espérant qu’il soit retrouvé. Malheureusement ceci n’a pas été le cas, et aucun dédommagement proposé par l’établissement…

Pros:

Correcto. Nos permitió conocer una zona nueva de NY y con precio un poco menor que Manhattan. Limpio.

Cons:

Hay que cruzar las vías para llegar. Si no te molesta caminar, la boca de Metro queda a 800m.
Si te gusta volver tarde, la zona es bastante solitaria.

Tener en cuenta que cobran garantía, que restituyen unas semanas despues. No lo leí cuando reservé. Y para nuestro caso, pagué más de garantía que del alojamiento.
En la habitación que nos tocó, no había suficiente lugar para abrir la valija y acomodarte, pero para nosotros fue suficiente, ya que era una sola noche.

Nice short stay at a cozy hotel
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The convenience store in the hotel was a blessing in disguise. Rooms were nice and cozy.

A bit of a remote area 🙄
Pros:

Very good breakfast, room serviced every day

Cons:

Location not good if you are over 60, we had to walk around 20 minutes to nearest subway, I guess if you're young and fit it's ok.
No pubs or resturaunt's nearby so once we got back from our days out that was us in for the night.
