Meget lidt service og venlighed. Det virkede mest af alt som vi var til besvær. Det virkede som betjeningen i receptionen var meget sur.

Die Unterkunft gleicht einem Musuem. Das Bett zu kurz, unbequem (ich bin mit Schulterschmerzen nach einer Nacht gegangen), das Badezimmer aus den 50ern.
Das Personal unfreundlich und spricht kein Deutsch. Wenn man Fragen hat (am Frühstückstisch und an der Rezeption, die nie besetzt ist), zeigen sie einem eine Handynummer die man anrufen soll. Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr überschaubar.

Pros:

Good location a few minutes drive from Königssee which was stunning.
Great view from our room window of the kehlsteinhaus.
The room was ok, although the bathroom was tight.
The beds were comfortable.

Alles ist super, gutes Hotel und Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, alles ist da. Das Parken ist gut. Ich empfehle einen Besuch des Hotels.

Værelset havde en underlig lugt, der ikke kunne luftes ud. Virkede gammelt og uden faciliteter, fx køleskab.
Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, meget lille udvalg.
Pris og kvalitet hænger slet ikke sammen.

Das Hotel hat auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht, erst recht, wenn man den Preis von 200 Euro/Nacht bedenkt. Inkompetentes, unfreundliches ukrainisches Personal mit schlechten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen, die Zimmer muffig, die Badezimmer eine Katastrophe, das Frühstück allenfalls mittelmässig. Ein Sporthotel ohne jede Sportfazilizät und das Restaurant geschlossen

Personal konnte kein Deutsch. Reception nicht besetzt. Schlüssel lagen auf dem Tresen in einem Couvert, bei unserer Ankunft. Morgenessen, die Brötchen waren nur Auf Backware, O-Saft in einem Becher, mit schnittiger Kante, schlechter Kaffee. Keine Beratung für Aktivitäten vor Ort. Keine Ansprechpersonen. Es ist kein Sporthotel.
