In general good. Close to places of interest.
Pros:

No breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

Towels could be better. Cleaners were a bit noisy early morning.

Busselton old worlds charm
Pros:

Located just across the road from the Jetty. Old world style building. Beds were super comfy.

Cons:

Kitchen closes at check in time, would have liked to have been able to dine in house . But there are options just short walk at the jetty.

Wonderful. I always ask myself, Would I return here again. And the answer is a resounding yes!
Pros:

Great location. Excellent food at the restaurant. Very friendly staff. Clean throughout the property. Ample parking.

Cons:

Having to carry suitcases etc up a set of stairs if your room was second level.

Pros:

Went as a group with friends and had lunch at hotel prior to staying overnight. Food at hotel was excellent, staff very very good, facilities - everything you could want for a short stay. All positioned close to beach an town

Pros:

The room was well decked out, spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and crisp linens and clean towels, with sufficient numbers. It has all the amenities fridge, tv, kettle, plenty of hanging space.
The location is excellent close to the beach and the town centre

Cons:

The parking was frustrating, as we had to park out in the large carpark which was not too far, but just inconvenient.
The other people visiting in other rooms seemed very noisy, banging doors, moving things around for a long time. My wife wanted to tell them to be quiet! I am not sure it is soundproofing but we were worried our sleep would be disturbed fortunately it settled down and we slept very well

Great Location but needs some maintenance
Pros:

The location was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was modern and clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. The walls are so thin you can hear everything around you. The bathrooms are nice and modern but the main bedrooms need some modernising as they are very outdated with stained floors and furniture. Unfortunately I wouldn’t return.

An unexpected delight. So glad we stumbled onto The Esplanade Hotel
Pros:

We loved the old world charm of the main building. The motel units were spacious, clean & comfortable. It is also perfectly located in Busselton.
We had dinner in the dining room and it was excellent A delicious chicken pie & the perfect roast lamb with all the trimmings.
