An unexpected delight. So glad we stumbled onto The Esplanade Hotel
Pros:

We loved the old world charm of the main building. The motel units were spacious, clean & comfortable. It is also perfectly located in Busselton.
We had dinner in the dining room and it was excellent A delicious chicken pie & the perfect roast lamb with all the trimmings.

Put up the sign to make up my room at 9am Sunday morning, came back at 4pm and it wasn’t done. Plus someone had turned the sign around to do no disturb?

Clean and pleasant place to bring my daughters to show them around Busselton.
Pros:

Close to the beach. Close to the shops and cafes. Clean. Loved sitting out on the balcony.
The bathroom is very spacious and modern.
Now food at the restaurant

L'emplacement, tout près de la jetée, de la plage, des supermarchés, et restaurants. Le calme.
la chambre, très propre, spacieuse et très confortable, avec une très agréable terrasse.
Le parking sur place et gratuit.
Le restaurant sur place.
Le personnel sympa et efficace.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel.

Pros:

Hotel liegt zentral in Busselton, gleich neben dem Jetty. Zur Stadt sind es nur Minuten zu Fuß, Bier und Restaurant gibts nebenan. Das Personal ist freundlich, kleine Probleme werden sofort gelöst. Das Zimmer hatte Balkon, Blick auf den Parkplatz. Am Tag gehts hier rund, in der Nacht ist es ruhig, das Fenster konnte offen bleiben. Bad war neu, Bett gut, in Summe: anständige 3 Sterne Unterkunft.

Cons:

Wie schon andere bemerkten: das Abluftgebläse des Lokal nebenan nervt gewaltig. Geruch von Knoblauch und Hamburger ab 11:00 kostenlos bis in die Abendstunden.

Decent location in motel style.
Second row to the beach, very close to the Busselton Jetty.

Cons:

The name "Esplanade" is misleading for people who have experienced original Esplanade hotels. You can't compare this.
On weekends a bit noisy caused by party people from the beach locations.
