Location is excellent, it's comfortable, clean, quiet and has its own pub on site.
Pros:

Location is so close to the jetty precinct, shops and walking paths/beach. It's quiet and clean and seems to be lovingly being refreshed with paint and refurbished bathrooms at the moment.

Cons:

The shower has no door so it leaks surrounding the toilet, and the exhaust fan is very gentle. Maybe just request an extra towel for the shower.
