Just check the room before you wanna rent out.
Bathroom mosaic almost wanna drop out.. Luckly no accident when we stay.

Most of the rooms in this hotel have no windows. very stuffy feeling. toilet not clean and water heater not functioning. The staff are not friendly neither.
The good:
-Really, really great service, lotsa parking space and very clean. It's very close to the beach, like about 2minutes I think. The rooftop garden is great for photos.
The bad:
No kitchen for room or overall hotel, the room (standard double) is really small. Only a bed, a small desk, a frozen-glass bathroom. The wifi is always down.
The hotel room is a bit small and got ANTS all around the room....
Really need to increase the cleanliness ~~

Shower has no curtain
Towels were old and flat and slightly grey
No cups were provided
The staff was very helpful in directing. The room was quite cozy but it was really comfortable. Affordable price.
Overall sastified experience living one night in family room with 2 kids. Clean and comfort is most important for us. Only hotel guest can use the lift so will be more secure.
Sound of opening/closing door, ppl talking, use of toilet & etc can be heard very clearly. Whole night can't sleep!

The place is clean and nice. Location is great too.
Could hear the television noise from the next room, that's fine. BUT the next room guest talk so loud in the middle of night by 3am, until we were awakened by his voice, until I made a complaint with the receptionist.
Overall was a quite pleasant stay, it just some point need to improve:-
1. aircond lack of servicing, not cool enough although in midnight
2. hot shower not hot enough although turn to extreme hot
