Pros:

The fruit garden is amazing, also the pool. Fresno is really hot in summer. Bedroom was spacious with 2 big beds. We also had a living room with kitchen.

Cons:

Messy, unkempt property. To be fair, I learned that the maintenance man had been out sick. He has a LOT of work to do.
