Cons:

冷氣的遙控器壞了。
可惜房間內沒有小冰箱。

Good location 20minutes walk to Centraal Station and same again to the Centrum

Cons:

No storage facilities for our clothes apart from four hangers on a wall so we practically lived out of our suitcases for seven days

très mauvaise expérience
Cons:

La réservation réalisée et validée dans un premier temps a été suivie d'une demande complémentaire sur ma carte bleue, suspendant de facto la réservation. Dans le même temps, je recevais une alerte de suspicion de fraude de mon établissement bancaire qui a suspendu tout règlement.
Booking.com et cet hôtel ont maintenu ma réservation que j'ai du payer. J'ai tenté de joindre l'hôtel à deux reprises avant l'échéance de la réservation pour essayer de trouver une solution et suis resté sans réponse ce qui a renforcé le sentiment de fraude. Les courriels transmis via booking.com n'ont abouti à rien. Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel.

Exceptionally wonderful in every way.
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious with a great selection of food. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
