The bed was extremely uncomfortable! You could feel the springs in it and uneven surface. Overall all the furniture of the apartment was bad quality.

Good spot close to city .
Pros:

Great central spot easy to walk to local shops in King Street or down to Newstead. I had a lovely apartment with views of the EKKA Showground . Nice roomy space for a few days . Comfy bed and office space if you’re doing some work . Quiet despite being close to the city . Overall it was a nice option for a few days .

Cons:

Two things to consider : internet was terrible so I had to hotspot with my phone . But it would be an issue if you didn’t have good phone data .
Second the parking is $35 per day so be aware there is some metered parking around the apartment but I think if you’re going to stay factor that into your costs. I stay a lot in Brisbane and this was probably the highest I have paid for car parking.

Comfortable, friendly staff, needs clean.

Friendly staff at reception and easy process.

Cons:

Room wasn’t very clean, there was a black mark and hairs on the bed when I arrived. Everything else was surface clean but room needs a deep clean!

Beautiful, modern, comfortable hotel very spacious rooms in a great location.
Pros:

Room was beautiful, modern, well appointed and huge. Couch was comfortable, with massive comfortable beds. Loved my stay. I had issues with the fridge beeping at me and it was handled by staff and maintenance very promptly. The hotel warns about the noise from construction nearby, but I was not disturbed by the noise at all. Will be booking another stay now for my next Brisbane trip.

Very comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly, location was amazing and the size of the apartment was great. The gym,pool and sauna were well maintained.

Cons:

The dryer had a broken part which was reported. Maintenance attended with a replacement filter cover but it didn’t resolve the issue as the replacement was also damaged. The bathroom needs some extra cleaning attention (mould build up) and the shower screen does nothing to prevent water escaping onto the floor.

A great stay but probably only suited as we were offsite for much of our stay
Pros:

The views were spectacular and the layout was large and comfortable. Parking was convenient and easy to access.

Cons:

It was winter during our stay and we needed more blankets for the beds as the doonas were very thin. More glasses to drink from would have been good. The general kitchen facilities were very sparse.

Pros:

The room was excellent—spacious, well laid out, and very clean. It was so comfortable that even a long-term stay would feel great. We stayed on the 18th floor, and the view was absolutely perfect.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the paid parking. Apart from that, everything was great.

Fabulous and secured place with friendly faces.
Pros:

Apartment location and parking very secure.

Cons:

Everything was fantastic as started, especially the lovely ladies at the reception who were very supportive and friendly. Only one thing to change was internet connection to the TV, didn’t work as we wanted to watch documentaries on the YouTube. However, foxtel was working.
