Pros:

Good location. Easy access. Lifts are pretty quick. Reception staff were lovely. Decent sized apartment with a beautiful view. Nice sized living room.

Cons:

The shower. The shower head and fittings are made of plastic/imitation steel so they werent very strong. The little stand couldnt hold a small bottle of body wash or shampoo. When the shower door is closed, it leaves a small gap making the bathroom floor completely wet.

The dryer doesnt work properly. I ended up air drying all my clothes.

Best experience
Pros:

Such an awesome location, staff are amazing and very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Brisbane. Such a high end hotel for such an affordable price. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Over priced under staffed and inexperienced staff

Stayed for 7 nights room was not serviced once! Accidentally locked myself out with only my car keys and phone, they would not let me back in without ID which was in the room. I had the booking.com email showed them but because it didn’t have my room number on it the wouldn’t let me. I also asked security to take me down to my car which had the motel parking paper with my room number but it didn’t have my name on it. So I had to drive out to Lang park to get the card of my husband on a Friday night during magic round!! On Tuesday finished work only to find out they hadn’t processed the access keys properly and once again was locked out - it was 5.15 no one onsite waited over 1/2hr for them to arrive to fix the keys.

Location, layout, plenty of room and bed was fairly comfortable, staff were friendly,
professional and accommodating - very helpful

Cons:

Unfortunately at the time construction going on so the noise was a factor in the mornings

Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The lounge was not comfortable. We didn't have enough coffee cups. We only had 3 and there were 4 people staying.
The location of the toilet and the bedroom. We couldn't use the pool and the spa didn't have bubbles.

We had someone access our room and move outdoor into the living room while we were out, we reported to reception who said they would look into it with never any contact.
