super loud BANG sound is heard during the early hours 0500hr - 0700hr in the morning!
it sounded like someone opens a heavy door and slam it close OR
someone drop a very heavy thing on the ground !
i would think twice when making booking next time

Pros:

Location good

Cons:

When use shower room light flickering. Not enough power supply. Floor need to wipe properly. Barefoot sticky. But overall good for budget stay. No lift.

On the whole, it was a convenient and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location is within walking distance to the shopping malls.

Cons:

The reception lobby was rather stuffy as there was no air-conditioner or they didn't on the air-conditioner. It was also difficult to find breakfast early the next morning as the malls only open at 10am.

Comfortable basic hotel with great location.
Pros:

Great location right next to Aeon mall, and within walking distance of Toppen Shopping Centre and Lotus's. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower has water heater and good pressure.

Cons:

Some fittings would benefit from replacement (e.g. shower head holder was loose, sink was a bit cracked). No hand soap provided in toilet - only shower gel and shampoo. Note: No elevator for rooms on second floor.
