Pros:

I like the place,it's.near the airport. I slept earlier, so relaxing.

Cons:

I arrived at 9 pm. Waiting for them to fetch me but no one appeared. I was forced to take a taxi .just to reach the place.

Good location and kind staff, but room quality needs improvement

The location near the airport and having an elevator, which was very convenient. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and genuinely tried her best to help me.

Cons:

The property felt quite ‘grubby’ overall. I checked in late and was lucky to have just enough Vietnamese dong to pay, as there was a 3% surcharge for card payments, which wasn’t made clear at the time of booking. Although the rooms are designated as non-smoking, the first room I was given strongly smelled of smoke. I asked to change rooms, and we had to check around five different rooms before finding one that didn’t smell.

Luckily, I was only staying for one night.
